★★★★★Modern and comfortable hotel next to a very high end mall. The hotel is walkable to lots of Buckhead attractions. If you only have a small bag, you could walk from the Marta station which is about 15 minutes. |The beds are comfortable, and the design is contemporary. The staff was friendly and nice, and they have a breakfast buffet for $20. We got a great rate and I would definitely stay there again

Nill4 stars. The good: kind staff, we felt very welcomed and informed of all of the amenities. NO CARPET. I’m so glad this is now becoming normal for a hotel to not have that disgusting bacteria filled carpet all over the place. I never understood carpet in a high traffic space but it was always the standard. Hopefully more hotels will switch out as well. It’s within walking distance to the high end mall. Parking was $30 which was fine for me since I used my Bonvoy points to redeem a night here. The bad: It could use a deep clean to be honest. The sheets were washed but some had permanent stains and when I pulled the mattress off the headboard to check for bed bugs (there were none), I noticed toenail clippings behind the bed and a bunch of dust. You already removed the carpet which is one of my favorite things but you need a good vacuum and a mop before each guest checks in. That darn bathroom sliding door. Now who even came up with that. A sliding bathroom door that doesn’t lock and has a 1 inch gap. You don’t feel like you have privacy in there. T

NillStayed in a king suite and thought this would be a elegant 50th birthday getaway. I was so wrong! This hotel is basic and average to me, not upscale at all. It's in a high end area and that's about it. I did like the hardwood floors, leather chairs/sofa and room sizes but other than that, a regular room. My absolute biggest complaint is the lack of bathroom privacy. As I sat on the bed I can clearly see inside the bathroom toilet area. They have mirrors around the borders of the bathroom doors so even when closed someone sitting on the bed can easily see the person sitting on the toilet and doing their business. The purpose of going in the bathroom and closing the door is for privacy. I was given a handicap room without asking or notifying me when assigning the room to have the option of changing. Therefore, the room had old school shower curtains instead of a glass door. Speaking of shower curtains, the hooks were mixed match and one was missing. The amount that this hotel charges plus parking they should have the funds to keep this up to date. I was highly disappointed that my 50th hotel celebration experience did not meet my expectations in having a classy getaway.

NillStayed here one night while I was in town visiting family. I booked a king room online, but at checkin they only had two doubles. It was disappointing, but not a huge issue. The parking deck was convenient, but it was odd that the elevator from the parking area dumped you outside the main entrance to the hotel; you had to walk outside to get to the interior elevator bank. My last complaint is that even at 10pm and later I could hear any noise coming from the hallway and rooms next door. It just didn’t feel very private. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. I also wasn’t upset about the parking fee; online and on the app it clearly states there is a parking fee. Also, the staff were very nice and professional.

NillVery pretty hotel. Big rooms. Staff is very friendly. The only complaint is the location. There were cops sitting in the next door parking lot all night occasionally starting their sirens. The restaurant next door valets their cars around the hotel and sometimes block the in/out of the hotel. Car alarms were going off all night. Not a quiet place to relax for sure.

NillBeautiful hotel. Staff was kind and professional at times. We switched cads for the “incidentals” but they did not process. So the wrong card was charged, even though we did the right thing. Then they proceed to charge astronomical amounts for everything. Be advised…high priced hotel and they up charge constantly. Way to screw a wounded warrior

NillEverytine I go to Atlanta I stay at this hotel. Very clean and chic. Everyone in the front desk is very nice and helpful. The lounge area is very relax and good choices of food and drinks. I met the chef Seun and he is amazing. My favorite dish are the beef sliders and the bruseel sprouts.
