NillI had a casual business meeting here. I did not stay at the hotel because I live within driving distance. However, the areas on the first floor that I visited looked nice, so I believe it is a well-managed hotel to stay overnight. The food and service were excellent! Everyone in my group enjoyed it. I highly recommend Emory CCH and would certainly visit again.

★★★★A hidden gem in Emory! Very convenient to everything. Has more of a corporate hotel in my opinion. The lobby is beautiful (Frank Lloyd Wright inspired) and the property is nestled in the woods. |The rooms are fine but a bit sterile. Bed was very comfortable. Acoustics are a little bad such that you can hear people in the next room talking or the housekeeping talking loudly in the halls at 7:30am. Staff are all friendly and helpful. |All in all a great one night stay!

★★★★★I stayed at this hotel twice in early 2025 while my father was a patient at Emory. It is incredibly convenience to the university, hospital and a number of restaurants. (Pro tip - walk to the hospital rather than deal with Emory's horrific valet parking. It will save you time and money.) The rooms were conformable, quiet and clean. The underground parking lot is very convenient. But where this place really shines is in the quality of its restaurant ,its lovely public spaces, and the kindness of the staff. Special shout-out to Kyle in the bar who really went above and beyond. I could not have asked for better service throughout the hotel which made a difficult time easier.

NillDecent, but nothing spectacular in terms of service. Front desk, restaurant servers, and house keepers were excellent. Unidentified older white gentleman who was not so polite in his redirection of me from the parking garage elevators to the room elevators not so much. As a solo traveler, I did not enjoy being asked my room number when being told I was headed towards the wrong set of elevators. It was a very accusatory tone and manner that I did not appreciate and could have lived without on this vacation. I had my luggage, several items in my hands and had just checked in. The room was clean and very comfortable. The toilet made noises after flushing, no microwave, and a warm mini fridge. I very much liked the thermostat capabilities in the room, very modern and allowed for warming up and cooling down in great timing. It was decent once again, but obviously not something I would book again nor write home to mom about. Side note: if you aren’t using it for Emory purposes, I would book something else as it is a bit far from Atlanta’s main attractions.

NillThis hotel was exceptional. The general manager, Lee, and his staff provided excellent service, which truly impressed me. The hotel is located in a secure area, and the service was outstanding. While the pool was a bit cooler than expected, the gym area was spacious. I would rate this hotel an 8 out of 10.

NillStayed here my second trip in three months. Again this place was wonderful. The room was spotless. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so clean. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Food was excellent. The huge natural stone mantle firplaces were so nice. Staff is great. We asked when they would build the fire as I was dizzy from my oral surgery and in pain and it was relaxing to warm by the fire. He said how about right now and he built me one immediately. All the staff seem happy and everyone I dealt with was cheerful and smiling. I loved the feature of scanning the QR code on room key to display the rest menus on your phone. All meals can be delivered right to your door. I loved this hotel. If I could add one criticism is that I wished they had some wheelchairs around you could access. The walk to the rooms was a bit much when I just had surgery. Overall I just hope I can come back and stay here on a pleasure trip and not because of health reasons.

NillExcept for the carpet and floor around the beds were dirty the room itself was as nice as well as the view. I liked the little makeup table with the outlet and charger, mirror and light. The bench could have had a cushion to make sitting on better to put shoes on while sitting. The edge was most uncomfortable. All in all it was nice and convenient to our granddaughter’s condo up the within walking distance and to the restaurant.

★★★★★We stayed here while my son was visiting Emory. We loved the convenient on campus location and its proximity to restaurants, shops and the nature preserve. The hotel is situated among the trees at the edge of campus, and has a very relaxing ambiance compared to the bustling streets of Atlanta or even the hospital a few blocks away. ||The lobby is large and beautiful. The hotel staff is lovely and everyone that passed us greeted us with a happy “hello” or “how are you.” It is also very clean. I found the beds to be quite comfortable and enjoyed the assortment of pillows they offered on each bed. The only thing I didn’t like was the translucent glass door on the bathroom. This means if you turn on the bathroom light at night it lights up the entire bedroom and awakens your roommate. I understand the intent of the design, but it isn’t practical at all when one is sharing a room with another guest. ||I also utilized the gym, which was well equipped with cardio machines and weights. There is a full bathroom with a shower and towels right next to the gym in case you have to check out of your room early but still want a place to work out and freshen up before your travel home.
