I was visiting Atlanta for the Clinical Laboratory Educators' Conference and I am writing to let management know that the staff at the Peachtree Westin in Atlanta Georgia were absolutely amazing. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. My roommate was delayed a full day due to weather and the staff made sure I was comfortable waiting in the lobby area while we tried to troubleshoot room issues. Ultimately I was able to contact my friend and get my name added to the room so I could check in. My friend dropped her bracelet down the sink and maintenance was so kind and helpful and retrieved the bracelet for her. Additionally, they were so nice and so helpful when I not only misplaced my cell phone (one of the catering staff found it and turned it in to the front desk, I am forever grateful to her) but the next day I misplaced my air pods! Someone found them and left them at the front desk. Other staff members saw me searching for them and even helped me look. The cafe staff were extremely warm and welcoming and the service was impeccable. Please extend my gratitude to the staff and know that they go above and beyond and I truly hope they are compensated well for the services they provide. Best, Amanda

Start off with a very positive note on staff! So helpful and always friendly. Next my room. I loved having a complimentary water bottle each day and a refrigerator. The rain shower tub was very relaxing. Room was clean and bed was comfy. My view on 47th floor was amazing! Outlets worked for me. I enjoyed the smart TV , although there was a buffering issue from time to time. I appreciated all the services from the conference, but was surprised to see they ran out of toilet paper in multiple stalls the last morning. Finally.. price gouging at its finest! 9.00 for peanut butter cups and M&’M’s ! Ridiculous! Do better:(

I had a great stay at the Westin Peachtree Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable. The room was nice and pretty standard for a hotel of this caliber. It provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best features is its location—it's within walking distance of the Lenox Shopping Center, which is convenient if you're looking to shop or explore the area. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is pretty good. There are various things to do both in and out of the hotel due to its strategic location. The room had great view, was clean, nice shower, and the bed was pretty comfortable ( pillows too high though). The pool was awesome. We had a good time overall, despite the short stay. My wife and I are for sure coming back for a longer stay.

Easy to get to via MARTA from the airport Easy checkin process Courteous staff Helpful staff Great catered food Great bar (210 as I recall the name) with a good selection of bourbons Hotel felt secure. Gym facilities were what I needed and a little bigger than what I actually expected. Bed was comfortable. Well designed signage to help folks get around the hotel My only complaint would be the physical size of the bathroom door in the room (it was rather narrow) Great stay would recommend!

OVERRATED The Lobby Was Marvelous. We stayed for the weekend. They Had places to eat and a few bars. The welcoming service was awesome downstairs. If you happen to get lost they were friendly about getting you where you needed to be or any other services you may need. The rotating bar was amazing, food and all. The view, especially at night was beautiful. However…. Our room sucked!! We couldn’t enjoy downtime because of the internet, it wouldn’t stay connected. Also there were only maybe 4 channels, cartoons, home improvement, news.None of the others worked. Whoever cleaned the room before we arrived did a poor job. There were leftover chip crumbs on the floor, No microwave and our shower had strings of hair lifted behind, the sink was also clogged. All this was on arrival. When we called for assistance the lady that answered the call must have been having a bad day because she had a dry attitude. No hospitality at all. She even hung up without letting us know she had even hung up. Overall I would say the lobby was the best part of the stay. I would go back for the restaurants Not The Stay

The one thing that kept it from being a 5 was no valet for luggage. We valeted our car, but there was no one there for luggage. We got it up the elevators fine, but...I would expect better from that caliber of a hotel. It is a hike up to the lobby desk to check in. The elevators are a bit confusing. We were on the 45th floor and could hear the service elevator. I wear ear plugs, so perhaps bring some. Our view was Olympic park, so nice. We went to the bar area in the lobby for drinks and a dessert. It was busy. There is a gift shop. There is a Hard Rock across the street. We had been years ago and ate at the top. If you haven't done that, would recommend.

Service was exceptional, from front desk to valet and porters to restaurant staff. Everyone was Friendly, helpful and attentive. Beds were pretty comfortable. Complimentary water bottles were provided in the lobby and were very much appreciated. View from room was amazing! Rooms are old and small, pretty run down. Bathroom very small. Furniture was torn and tattered. Place needs an update. Elevators were loud and one didn’t work several times.
