This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The check in rep was extremely pleasant. I gave it 4 stars for rooms as I didn't see on the app that the hotel was under construction. The room also had a mild smell like when you are in high moisture areas but thing a little Febreeze didn't take care of. I think when they finish construction and they upgrade the rooms this will definitely be 5 star worthy!

The hotel is currently under renovation so it did not provide breakfast. First room we were assigned had faulty air conditioning. Once moved the room was clean and comfortable. Staff we encountered were very nice and quickly resolved our air conditioning issue. Gentleman that came to evaluate the problem informed us he would get us changed to a different room. Thought $18.00 parking charge was high. Though we weren’t completely satisfied we will stay there again unless we can locate a different location convenient to our daughter’s home.

I just checked out today, my stay was uncomfortable due to their roach issues. I told one of the front desk employees she said she would leave a note for the manager. When I went to check out Raj thr manager stated he did not see a note and asked me if I had pictures of the roaches. He appeared to be surprised that the room had roaches but as I'm reading reviews they knew of the roach and mosquito problems. I have stayed at this hotel last year and there were no issues. I had my children with me and had to check all of our items before leaving. Disgusting! I only stay at Residence Inn when I travel with my kids. This isn't Residence Inn quality!

I recently stayed at Residence Inn Lenox Park for a week due to home renovations, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Despite the ongoing renovations at the hotel, my stay was comfortable. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated. Having a kitchenette in the room was very convenient during my stay. It allowed me to prepare some meals and snacks. The hotel staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, Melissa Page deserves special recognition for her exceptional service. She went out of her way to assist me in extending my stay in the same room, ensuring a smooth transition for me during a somewhat stressful time. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made a positive impact on my experience at the hotel.

I stayed here first week of august. The room they gave me was full of roaches. All sizes. To be specific house roaches that come uncleanliness, they were not ground roaches that sometimes come from doing construction. When i reported the roaches i was told they were aware of the roach problem and that they knew exactly which rooms had a roach infestation and which did not have roaches. Therefore they offered to put me in a room without roaches. Which that right there is a problem, because if you know which rooms have roaches then why put me in a room full of roaches to begin with. I ended up reaching out to Marriott corp and Expedia about this issue but i wanted to let you guys know as well. it is only fair that you know what kind of place with low ethics and unhygienic rooms you are staying in.

Stayed at the hotel this past weekend. Didn't realize the property was partially under renovation. The room was okay. However, we didn't discover the A/C didn't work until about 1AM when we woke up during the night hot. Thought I'd at least receive a refund of the parking fee for the inconvenience, but no luck with that.

The hotel is going through a major renovation. No where was this disclosed upon booking. I only found out when I checked in (and it was already too late to leave due to cancellation fees). I received room 400. Upon arrival it smelled like a sweaty, greasy men’s locker room. There was visible water damage on the bathroom walls. The dishwasher was rusted out and hanging on by one screw. The carpet was dirty and ripped in multiple places. Stained and ripped curtains. There was dust piled up on the outlets. Totally disgusted. ||No breakfast (although website says there is a free hot breakfast).||One elevator with an expired inspection attached. ||The luggage rack had either black grease or black painted on it. Which is now all over my beige canvas bag.
