The Westin Buckhead Atlanta

Our recent stay at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredibly friendly staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single team member went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and valued, but what stood out the most was how they treated my 3-year-old daughter. They made her feel like a true princess, and now she’s convinced we need to move in—she’s already picking out her room! The hotel itself was beautifully adorned with holiday decorations, which added a warm, festive touch to the atmosphere. The property was spotless, from the lobby to our room, and the attention to cleanliness was truly impressive. The beds! They were beyond comfortable! After a long day exploring the city, sinking into those dreamy beds was a treat! Thank you to the staff at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta for making our visit so memorable. Your hospitality and kindness are unmatched, and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful lobby and fantastic service. Everyone from the front desk, to the coffee bar were incredibly friendly. My room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect walking distance to everywhere I needed to go. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Had a recent stay-cation here. Great location for a large variety of restaurants and shopping. Hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. Room had a couple of issues - TV would not connect to internet to watch TV. Ice machine not working on floor. Asked for help from house keeping and they just pointed me to another floor for ice. Had a nice view of the area and could see downtown from our room window. Overall a nice stay. But was expecting a little better for the level of hotel that is advertised.

We had a great stay. Dion went over and above with great service. Compared to no other. Jamie was helpful too. Stan was also great. He stayed over to help get us to where we needed to go. We would highly recommend this hotel. Hotel was clean and modern.

The Westin Buckhead Atlanta||5/5 Excellent||Our stay with the Westin Buckhead was amazing from start to finish. We were assisted with check-in by Dalores and Aaron who made it a breeze and even assisted us with the elevators, comp water, and gave us recommendations on dinning at the Palm (try the shrimp sauté). Our room was huge, clean, and super comfortable bed and sheets. My husband felt absolutely spoiled for his birthday! Thank you, Westin Buckhead and Kiara, for such a smooth check out we will be back soon!

Not the best stay I've had at a Marriott. We decided to stay overnight in buckhead due to a dinner event. We checked in at 4PM. and went to our room. The TV kept changing to different guest names, the iron wasn't working, the safe had the service code displayed, and my requests for service went unanswered for over 30 mi . When somebody finally reached out I told them not to come up as we had to leave to the event.

Visited on the weekend of November 1-3 (two nights). The room was spacious and looked new/updated. The person at the check in (around midnight) was professional and nice. The bed was okay but the pillows were extremely hard, rock like. |The air conditioning was extremely inefficient and noisy. Bathrooms had a sewage like odor. The worst part was there was no housekeeping or cleaning of any kind and when we called to ask for it, they said they had stopped for the day and we should’ve called in earlier. We had no clean towels so we called in three times for spare towels but didn’t receive any and I went to the gym to get them. Oh, the gym is nice with plenty of cardio machines.||Overall a poor experience.

I stayed at this property last week and needless to say that I noticed a huge difference from previous stays in the same property. I love this hotel due to its prime location and the amenities. I stopped by for a two day stay with my wife for her birthday and the experience was not the best. The lady at the front desk was not pleasant, didn’t acknowledge me and displayed an attitude as if she was was doing me favors even though I was extremely polite and pleasant. Then we went to the room and we couldn’t even stream Netflix, YouTube, prime video etc. i notified the front desk, they sent us an engineer who looked at the TV and left saying I’ll be back. He actually didn’t fix and never returned. This experience was frustrating, ruin our experience.,I don’t think it’s that hard to simply upgrade your entertainment system to give your guests an experience they deserve. Rooms are outdated!!!!!!!!!
