This hotel was great and I’ll be back when I’m in the area again. Every morning for breakfast you could make your own omelet, they always had fresh and whole fruit, and decent other food options. Their tea and coffee station was nice with different creamer options and many tea options. The elevators were confusing to figure out at first but once you got the hang of it, I really liked it. It would tell you exactly what one to go to and what other floors you were going to stop on if any. Staff was nice the entire time and answered any questions we had. Room service (cleaning staff) were also very nice and helpful. The bathroom showers were nice (although the doors at the bottom leaked a decent amount of water onto our floor so we kept a big towel on the ground, but the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were nice if you didn’t have any or ran out. Parking could be tricky and had to pay a small extra fee each day but it was well worth it. I recommend staying here if you need a place to stay. There are food options outside of the hotel pretty close by too. I wouldn’t walk but drive or Lyft is perfect. It’s also close to the highway so really a win win.

The Hyatt House is a quiet hotel located near the hospitals and close to Sandy Springs. I stayed there for work from July to late August. What I enjoyed most were the breakfast staff, the outdoor seating area, and the bar staff. There was ample parking available in the garages, although a daily fee was charged, which I found convenient. The rooms were quiet, and the kitchen was well-appointed. However, I did find the furniture to be somewhat uncomfortable, with a firm couch, bed, and pillows. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I stayed in a queen suite with a kitchenette.

I booked a room through a third party the day before Thanksgiving. I arrived at the hotel a little before 10p and the room the third party displayed was not the actual room. I had 2 cakes and a pie meaning I needed a room with a full fridge (which the 3rd party site led me to believe I was booking). I got to the room and it wasn’t what I was expecting. Jasmine at the front desk and Martin the manager without a question upgraded our room to what we thought we paid for. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. Parking was also great. Next time I come to Atlanta this location will definitely be number 1 choice.

Hotel location: perfect for our stay in Atlanta. Service: Not happy. Asked for extra pillows that never came. had to ask again the next day. Other guests: the above floor from 8pm to 3am sounded like a parade was going upstairs could not sleep call the front desk they said they would handle it but didnt. neighboring room on the same floor, Hot boxed there room so the entire floor smelt like weed. Beds: Were subpar. not very comfortable. Breakfast was free but started to late as we were out the door an hour an half prior to breakfast bar opening. (yes it was the weekend but still) Bar in lobby had very few selections for drinks. Food: was the best experience of this hotel. Wings, and soups were very very very good. Overall: giving it a two star review because of the failed request and either i couldn't sleep or had to smell weed the entire time we stayed there.

My stay here has been great so far. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast from 6:30 to 9 is of great quality, and the presentation is well put together! I'd definitely stay here again!

Nothing was the good from staff. I would like to recommend the hotel for its facilities and location, very close to train station. Unfortunately the staff needs to improve. Are rooms were very comfortable, beds super comfy. Good choices for breakfast.

Room was nice and very reasonably priced. The H Bar is great for cocktails snd light dinner since there weren’t any good dining places within walking distance. But a short uber ride to Perimeter Mall offers many restaurants. Hotel staff was great accommodating our requests for an additional room after our daughter gave birth at the nearby maternity hospital.

Hotel was clean and well-maintained. Common areas were very nice. Morning cook-to-order omelet was delicious and buffet nicely filled. Shower was nice. Bit loud on interstate side. Thermal blanket was odd. It was filled with something stiff and crinkly.
