Super 8 by Wyndham Brunswick/St Simons Island Area

Thank goodness we got a room after evacuating Florida for hurricane Milton! Manager Mark is wonderful and everyone has been kind and lovely. It's a shame other evacuees had no manners and did not pick up after their two dogs. Absolutely shameful. They are pet friendly and people shouldn't abuse it. Someone else dumped a bag of garbage in front of our door! Housekeeping was lovely. The room was clean. The floor was freshly mopped when we checked in. Yes the shower needs to be regrouted because it's a bit moldy but it was still clean. This is an older hotel and you can tell they are trying to keep it very clean. And someone is in the process of planting and mulching in roses and I think a gardenia along the side and front where I walked my dog. We are putting this on our short list of places to stay on our way down to Florida.

Overall our stay was great. For the price we paid was well worth the stay. Staff was great. Room was big and everything was nice. Would recommend family and friends to stay. Easy access from highway. Convenient to fast food places. Nice place overall

Very clean rooms and motel. Beds are great!! Good area has everything... Lots of food places as well.. some things are in walking distance!!

If you like hookers and drug dealers approaching you while you're in the parking lot then it's a great place to be if you like a stinky room that's stuck to high heaven that's a great place to be if you want to shower stall that looks like it's from 1902 and the tub was disgusting that's a great place to be

It’s good for a night when other options are not available. I booked the wrong hotel and opted to stay here rather than lose my money. The hotel appears to be in a very poor/rough part of town. I confirmed that in the morning. I did not feel completely safe here. Room was okay but it seemed small. It was essentially clean but there was evidence of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Note: Apparently if the aren’t enough guests, there’s no breakfast!

Was at this motel for 5days,loved the people who own this place. They was very nice and full of info . The room was tidied up every day clean towels and more toilet paper evrytime we came back. Excellent!! But the only thing that bothered us, was we seen a few cockroaches! We just double checked our bags to make sure none caught a ride home with us. And the breakfast was awful,we just went out to eat instead. Lots of places to eat near by.

I had a pleasant stay. The family members were very polite and courteous at both my check in and check out. Some work was needed on the bathroom ceiling over the shower but the room was nice and clean and the amenities were all working. Took me a sec to realize that the wall lights were connected to the entrance wall switch but once I realized that I was able to turn on or off the wall lamps near the bed and on the opposite wall. The family was very nice.

Positive: The person at the front desk was pleasant. Negative: Booked a non smoking room and first was given a smoking room. Reassigned non smoking room, yet everything in the room reek of smoke despite it being a non smoking room.
