Wingate by Wyndham Brunswick GA / I-95

The room was very clean, just outdated. The mattress was a bit hard but the pillows were good and plenty. The tub faucet leaks constantly. The price was fair and I would stay here again. The breakfast was mundane and typical; cereal, yogurt, make your own waffles, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, coffee and some fruit. The water taste was not good when I tried to get ice water. And the ice is on the second floor. They should put filters on the drinking water so it doesn’t taste like old water hose water. Lots of respect to the staff. They were all great especially the front desk and the lounge. The cleaning ladies were also very friendly and helpful. I noticed they seemed very well organized, professional and courteous. I think the hotel has great pros such as convenient location, cleanliness and friendliness but they should invest in new, updated things like faucets, sinks, mattresses and lamps. Maybe one room at a time. Several of the usb ports did not work in my room, the nightstand ports did work. So to summarize, I was treated very well, the room was very clean, it was quiet and peaceful at night but the rooms definitely could use updating/upgrading. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This was a stay over on our way from CT to FL. Wyndham always had a great reputation and this did not disappoint. Having pet friendly was a must, and this hotel excelled in the customer service as soon as we were greeted.Our room was immaculate clean with everything we needed. Bed so comfortable, and breakfast next day was top notch. I was happy to tip the woman who managed it,as she worked hard to keep it clean.

Very nice hotel for the price. I really appreciated there was not an extra charge for my 2 dogs. Lots if green space outside the hotel to walk the dogs. Hotel had a backdoor to outside you could enter with room key which was convenient. Room was quite spacious and beds were very comfortable.

The continental breakfast wasn’t great. The turkey sausage was rubbery. The water in didn’t taste good. The service was good from the front desk to the housekeepers. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Didn’t like that the room smelled like dogs. A lot of people had dogs at this hotel. I wish I knew that before booking. The hotel is animal friendly. The room felt moist, we had to turn the air up high to cover up the dog smell. The housekeeping had to vacuum the floor again. My bed sheets had stains on it. Bathroom floor was chipped. Would I stay there again no!

The front desk lady that checked us in was super friendly and personable and we enjoyed our interaction with her. The room was beautifully remodeled, clean and so comfortable. I have never slept in a hotel bed that was as comfortable as this hotel's. We will definitely be staying here again whether it's for another hurricane or to have a leisure getaway from boat life.

We needed a place to stop between Northern Virginia and South Miami that accepts pets. This is an economical option. ||I hope when they remodel they consider placing an alternative to the carpeted floors in the pet rooms. My dog is well behaved but you never know how they will react to smells. ||I travel with a pen so it was easy for me to manage the situation.

Location is great, right off 95 and next to Cracker Barrel. The lady taking care of 9breakfast was very nice and spoke to everyone. TV has a great selection of channels. The only issue was the bed. As with all hotels, there is an indentation. This one was more than normal. I would stay here again

Huge room was clean, warm and comfortable. All we ask is that accommodations not interfere with smooth travels or vacation. Wingate fit the requirements and was priced affordable. Breakfast was well done. Front desk staff was attentive, friendly and efficient.
