I was satisfied with my stay. Traveling to Tampa and it was getting late, stopped here. Booked online while driving- no problem. The front desk guy was friendly. Our first room had a faulty light- moved to another room with no problem. Clean room with comfortable bed. quiet stay overnight. The breakfast was ok-- Overall I had no negative issues,

Not new by any means. A bit hard to understand employees. They don't smile or greet people. But no issue with cleanliness. It will work for a much better price than others. The hallway has an oppressive smell but the rooms smelled fine.

Not very clean, room smells, and is very moist. Broken furniture. Half the lights don't work, bulbs out, supplies not filled. Couldn't get bedding for pullout the first night...got 1 flat sheet and a comforter cover that was like wrapping in a shower curtain. Some mornings didn't have the full Continental breakfast. None of the door keys work properly. Room had holes in the wall (5x4). Technology problems with their check-in system. 1 of the front desk ladies was pretty good and seemed to know what she was doing. Nothing great to say really. Works in a pinch, but not a luxury vacation. Very convenient to highway!

Believe the bad reviews. This place is disgusting. Our first room has a huge stain down the side of the king bed. Then we opened the sofa bed and it was GROSS! Crumbs all over it and stains soaked all the way through the mattress protector. The couch cushions themselves were covered in white stains. Thankfully the man at the desk had no problem moving our room. Our new room was better, but not great. Not super clean but usable. The rooms are in general disrepair. Mold in the bathrooms. Our room’s door was very difficult to shut and looked like someone tried to pry open the lock at some point. Overall one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

First night upon checking in, we were warned that we were walking too hard on the floor. Unpon checking in he stated we also had a pullout couch that was nothing but springs with a nasty can’t describe the kind of stain on it 🤮 Second afternoon we went to the pool. I stayed in the room was using the restroom when a housekeeping man walked in the room and walked into the bathroom with me sitting there , didn’t cracked the door, but stepped in and said I’m housekeeping. I Screamed slam the bathroom door after I pushed him out. when I addressed the devastating issue with the front desk, every employee at the desk smiled chose spoke their language when they asked them to speak our language so that we could communicate and they refused I can’t even described how humiliated I was and so grateful that it wasn’t one of my children never once did they try and compensate us for anything COMFORT SUITES 25 Ashton St., Brunswick, GA not a happy place.

Positive: Location. Negative: The room wasn?t as clean as the last time we stayed in another room there. Carpet could use cleaning and bed had metal sticking out of the foot of the frame and my sister cut her leg on the piece of metal and banged her foot on it later the same night.

Hotel is in need of a deep clean and updates. The entire property had a terrible odor that couldn't be escaped, and the bedding had hair on it. The front desk clerk barely acknowledged us because he was on a personal call. We do NOT recommend staying here.

Location was good, Definitely goes downhill from there. Well I said location was good but it's extremely hard to find the driveway because it's in a gas station and there was an 18-wheeler parked in the driveway so it was hard to tell where the entrance was, once I went inside to check in. I have my food for tonight and I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get checked in because the check-in lady wasn't anywhere to be found. She comes stumbling in with her food from the QT across the road and three other customers behind me waiting. Also. I don't really think it's her fault. I think it's the fault of the hotel itself for not having more than one person working. While I was there at the front desk, I got to look at everything around me and realize that the ceiling had fell in above the check-in desk. They had drywall screws holding up the chandeliers or whatever you want to call them up above the desk The room itself isn't bad but you can tell the door have been broken into several times and the bad looks like a big concave. I'll post a picture of that. Thank goodness I'm traveling for work and there's only one person going to be laying on the bed or we would just roll into each other. Also notice that the curtains have been ripped down several times and you can see the all old screw holes in the drywall in the ceiling. The thermostat doesn't work on the wall overall for this to be one of choice hotels, upper brands. It's no better than a Quality Inn I can see that becoming the next name of this hotel very soon. I rarely would ever recommend this, but make sure you booked her a third party where you're not paying over $100 tonight with tax. You should be finding it for around about $70 with tax and everything and that makes it affordable. And I guess for you to overlook all the stuff I said above. If this was the Quality Inn I would probably leave them a four-star but with this being choice hotels upper brand it really should be about a two star but I gave them three....
