Bathrooms were disgusting! Mold and dirt in corners of floor, shower shelves, and bath tub. Overall cleanliness was very poor at best. Bed clothing was stained and pillow covers apparently were not changed (very wrinkled). As we were leaving the room there was a roach on the wall. This place needs to be shut down and renovated. My last stay at a comfort inn. Disgraceful!

This place was a quick book for us on a road trip. The rooms were clean and exactly what we needed at a great price. I also greatly appreciated them reaching out after I left something- they were able to UPS it! Thanks! Will stay again!

Amenities leave something to be desired. Bring your own streaming capable device, they provide basic cable, however TV is hdmi friendly. Internet resets often requiring you to have to reauthenticate. It's random and can be every few hours or daily.

Best phrase to describe this hotel "worn out". It was nice when it was built but that was a long time ago and doesn't appear to have had any updates. On the positive side, the price was right, they had a hot breakfast, quiet, appears safe, and the staff was friendly. If you can handle a worn out mattress and worn out everything at a low price, this might be the place for you!

I was only going to review this for them, but after reading that they have not listened to other guest, I'm making it more public, in hopes of allowing you, the reader, a better experience. In a tourist city, with many tourist cities nearby, thus options for stays, this hotel should lower their price and begin renovation even if it is little by little. The shower facet was loose. I had to hold it in place to disengage the shower. There was no shower head. The toilet was also loose. The cabinet door to the fridge remained opened, which could’ve been easily remedied with a pair of pliers. One lamp shade was cracked with a burned-out bulb. The carpet was rippled. The mattress needed to be changed. It had permanent grooves. The pillows likewise were bunched up cotton. I thought that they had filled it with pieces of chopped up foam. If these details weren’t enough, upon checking in, I was told that the amenities which they promised were not available—no pool, no exercise room, and no laundry. With the receptionist wearing a mask and gloves and dosing alcohol on items, I wondered what hazards awaited. Were all these closed because they knew that there was something wrong? I have been traveling for some months now in new hotels each night. This is a no stay. The sad situation is that most of it could easily be made right. It is surrounded by hotels, with the same price-point, but surely for, higher quality. I hope that the hotel owners recognize that with some work, the hotel will be a loss. I don't want that.

Lobby, Hallways, and Elevator areas were all in the 80s in temperature (Fahrenheit). Rooms have individual AC Units, so they were cool enough to be able to stay in. The workers that clean the rooms and what not have been doing a good job so props to them. Front desk attendants don't seem to be helpful or friendly as compared to other hotels. (I understand that athey are human too and days can be rough and all that but it seems to be a reoccurring thing with this particular location. None of the ice machines open to the public work supposedly. The Gym is being used as storage and has signs up saying it was closed during Covid 19, which was back in 2020. The pool is closed off and premixed fuel cans can be seen Inside the pool.

The area of town was a perfect location for where we needed to go, and the night attendant was so friendly. She made us feel welcome, and was very attentive to our needs. The day time staff at the desk wasn't as friendly, but the maid on our floor was so nice.

Positive: NOTHING Negative: It smelled like stale cigarettes. The comforters had holes in it. The room was dirty. The telephone didn?t work. The bed sunk in the middle and the bathroom was dirty and it needs to be updated. I will never stay there again. Room 217
