Red Roof Inn Dalton

I had a coupon for this location & was overall happy with recent bathroom & dressing area updates. The king bed was comfortable & the unit was very clean. For the price I was thrilled. The furnishings were a bit worn but seriously it was a good experience & much nicer than some hotels I’ve stayed & paid much more. I liked the make your own waffle option too!

The stay here was a good convenient location. The desk worker when approached about an issue was very short and offered a refund if we chose to leave at a late hour. The infestation of cockroaches seen outside was deplorable. I have never in my life saw them that huge. The night clerks response was that at least it's not bedbugs. Really. Will never stay here again and not recommend it either. Unsatisfied guest...

The way they talk to customers is disrespectful when you walk in at any time to get a cup of coffee or what have you. They use bad words and poor attitude after I had paid for more nights in the room. I would recommend do not stay at this location cuz they will disrespect you after you had paid for a few nights there. The owner started swearing at me after I had made me a cup of coffee. I would never want to go back there ever again. They have very poor customer service and they do not care how you feel or what you say. They will say the wrong thing to anybody who is a customer there. I would recommend do not stay here ever

I pulled in with a large fifth wheel camper to check in to the Red Roof Inn for the night. The manager came almost immediately to tell me I have to move immediately or she’s calling the cops?!?! I had to pull out in a spot likely to cause damage to my $100,000 fifth wheel. She said “ I don’t care what your problem is but you must leave now? It only had one exit and it damaged my new Ram and new fifth wheel? I’m perplexed? The front desk clerk of the Red Roof Inn said she’s a nasty person…. They have signs all over the lobby saying do not park in Waffle Houses lot or they will tow you immediately! You’d think they’d want the business? My truck and camper were damaged and I have called the police. I have NEVER been treated worse anywhere! They are a 0

You get what you pay for. This place is not the cleanest,but they except do accept dog's. The beds were ok, and they were clean. But the bathroom needed some work. The front desk staff was very nice. We felt fairly safe, saw no signs of full timers living in the place. Several places close by to eat.

DO NOT STAY HERE! These are the worst rooms I have EVER stayed in! There are 3-4" gaps on the bottom or the doors of the rooms with adjoining rooms- one room was larger than that and I had requested a room change and the other room wasn't much smaller of a gap. I stuffed pillows under the door but did not feel comfortable staying in the room so I ended up staying in my parents room which was not an adjoining room. I was told most of the rooms are adjoining and that's just how it is. There is no option for a refund and the desk clerk told me to go ahead and contact "corporate" they won't do anything about it. I DO NOT recommend staying here. I chose this hotel because they accepted dogs and it was a halfway point on my destination; I would rather sleep uncomfortably in my car than ever stay at this hotel. I felt is as good as a "rent by the hour" room and I would never stay at one of those either!!! The floor was so filthy, I wiped up the water leaking from from refrigerator with one of their towels and the towel was nasty dirty..... keep your shoes on if you book a room here.

This motel is disgusting. The walls are dirty the blankets are dirty, the rooms are dirty, the surrounding areas were gross. I left early. I was afraid that there were drug dealers the only thing I can say nice about this location is that the employees were friendly and polite

This was one of the dirtiest motels I’ve ever stayed in. My mother and I stayed at this location on Saturday, March 29 on our way home from spring break vacation. We got stuck in a lot of traffic and ended up staying here because of a great price which was a huge mistake. I’ve never seen so many stained towels, hair on the bed and mattress pad, dust, and debris everywhere in the room and in common areas. You can tell management and the maid staff do not care about this location or are improperly trained.
