Great place they have done allot of work to the place. New flooring and I believe new beds. Great customer service and housekeeping was great! Our stay was great we will be back soon! It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay... Y'all go and enjoy see for yourself!

Needs help. Rooms need to be updated. Each time I stay, I pay for late check out but am told to leave at 11:00. There is disconnect between staff and last stay (I stay in Marianna often) my children wanted to swim but could not due to owner's child private birthday party in pool area.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. Will definitely be staying at this property when we’re back in the area. They make you feel at home. Southern hospitality at its finest! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Best nights rest. The coffee & small breakfast were perfect for this hotel. Great job to the staff

excellent customer service! Very clean and bed was comfortable! check in was very quick and very friendly! everything was nice about our stay here. the bed was super comfortable. sheets,blankets and towels were good and clean. we stayed 5 nights and got some of the best sleep!

Nice and clean. Looks like they’re going to renovate soon. The carpet has already been replaced with wood flooring. Excited to see the final outcome

We came to his hotel to get out of the hurricane in Florida. The front desk lady was wonderful, so accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff showed up every single morning to ask if we needed anything- fresh towels, etc. Thank you for your hospitality during a very scary and tough time.

Office lobby is beautiful ! I love being greeted with smiling friendly faces. So from check in to check out everything about our stay was fantastic. And that bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in away from home. Kinda wanted to rope it down on top of car lol (jk) but seriously will be staying again. Love this hotel. They make you feel like you’re at home

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel was not clean. The room had a strong musty smell. Flies were in the windowsill (approx. 10) and on the bed. The bathroom towels were yellowed, the commode had a ring of mold around the waterline. We were in the room for 5 minutes and left.
