Hampton Inn Atlanta/Douglasville

The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was confortable. The hotel appears to have been recently upgraded with new carpet, paint, repairs etc.. The staff was cordial and professional. There is some road noise depending on the side of the hotel and time of day.

Amazing service and friendly front desk staff. They offered 10% off at many nearby restaurants too. I've stayed here while traveling. One very weird thing though...there was a recording device in my bathroom which looked like a square night light.... never have i had an instance at a Hilton property.

My wife and I took a weekend trip to go to a wedding of a friend and to see the kids. The room was great! Only real complaint - the bed was a little harder than we prefer - not terrible, but not cloud soft as we like. Standard continental breakfast - fresh and tasty. Everything was nice and clean. Made for a great weekend getaway.

Stayed here for a night as it is right off the Interstate and the price was really good. I saw that it listed there was renovations taking place but I didn't give it too much thought as usually they put you on another floor the other side of the building. It was one night anyways just for a few hours sleep. ||When we got there there wasn't a lot of parking with the construction vehicles and storage containers. The entrance was routed around to the back of the hotel too. That's when I realized this might be interesting lol. ||Tons of renos all over. Our room was on the main floor and they were laying new tiles just down the hall. Anyways our room was clean and comfortable and we got the sleep we needed so it served its purpose. But if they say they are doing renos here they really mean it! ||It gets an average rating as I'm really not sure what else to give it, especially when they did provide a warning. It's on me and we had a good laugh about it.

The hotel was clean quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen crew was amazing. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. The pictures that I saw online almost made me not want to stay here but the rooms are more updated than the online pictures. The only thing that I can say anything that I would change about would be the pool being outside, it had a lot of floating debris like leaves and dirt and it was one of the things I was most excited about but I ended up only putting my legs and because it was just too dirty. The hotel is worth the stay otherwise

Outside looks a little sketchy but the rooms are huge and looks like it was recently renovated. Very clean. Beds are comfy soft. Front desk check in was fast. Friendly service. Location is right off I-20 with easy access to shopping and good restaurants. Breakfast is just a hotel breakfast but Starbucks is right up the street. Would recommend for a business traveler.
