Quality Inn

We stayed our first night we were picking up our son’s truck that had a new engine put in it after it blew up while he was in Georgia working for his company. Unfortunately there was an unexpected problem with the engine. I called the hotel explained that we would need to stay another night due to it being too late to start our trip back to Owensboro Kentucky. Rhonda at the front desk was super kind and canceled our check out and put us in the same room on the first floor since I am disabled and use a cane to get around. Our experience was wonderful, and Rhonda was super kind and helpful. Thanks again for all the kindness it’s really great when you are so far from home.

Positive: The staff were excellent. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel was a great deal for the price. No bells and whistles but nice, clean and easy to find. Negative: I can't think of anything that would make our stay much better.

Stayed here for a college tour for my daughter. Drove all day and we got here at 2am planning on sleeping late before her afternoon tour. The first room we were given was DISGUSTING. Smelled of smoke, and the carpet was nasty. The woman was very kind and we switched rooms. The second was light years better. It was on the first floor, and our plans for sleeping in were out the window, because for some unknown reason the hotel believes that having a guy come at 8:30 with a leaf blower directly outside guest’s windows is a good idea. This guy has been at it for over an hour and has woken everyone up. Nope! We should have stopped further away from campus but at a hotel that has a clue.

This place is only out for your money, make a reservation for four rooms and there at complete opposite sides of the hotel, book specific accommodation 3 king and one double. Get to hotel and only one king available. No consideration of family’s or anything. Found roaches in two rooms and when sleeping one crawled on me in bed…go to front desk and clerk has nothing but NASTY attitude and very answer was a snarky remark. Not even an apology from management or anything. Stay away…

My AirPods got stolen out of their case while I was staying in this hotel. I called the front office twice about this, and they never called back. Very disappointed. The rooms here aren’t very clean, and I found bugs two separate mornings. Not many options in this area, or I wouldn’t have stayed here in the first place.

Had a work site in this area and was pleased to find this hotel online. It is the older style quality inn where you enter from the outside and I’ve seen some like this be very aged and therefore was skeptical. My room was clean, A/C worked, hot water and water pressure were good, wifi worked. This place is nothing fancy, but my room was clean and not run down. To summarize it’s nothing to brag about but worth the money. I would stay here again.

Good location for the purpose of my travel. Room keys did not work for the duration of my stay, the staff (who had to let me in my room each time I returned) were friendly and helpful. Room smelled bad, not overpowering but strong, air freshener helped a little but the smell lingered. Phone in room didn’t work, front desk staff could hear me but I could not hear them.
