Me and my children stay here for about 2 weeks. It started out rough but management went above and beyond to make sure we were accomodated. The rooms were very comfortable. Beds are soft and comfortable. Quiet place definitely every one like it I'm strongly suggest this place. And breakfast also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Suites Inn Airport East, and I must say it was a delightful experience! The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare snacks and meals during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and I felt right at home. One of the standout features of this hotel is its complimentary breakfast. Each morning, I enjoyed a variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage-perfect for fueling up before a busy day!

I must say this was definitely an unexpected delightful experience!! Haven’t been an employee for Choice for many years. This is an example of how all hotels in the area should operate weather they are a franchise or cooperate chain. From the time I entered into the hotel They were very respectful and swiftly moved to make the check-in process easy. I was there four days really didn’t wanna leave. They were so nice. The prices are affordable. Rooms are huge and very clean.

Avoid This Hotel – Terrible Experience I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, they did not have the room I specifically requested, and I was not informed that the actual room would not match the photos online. I was told check-in was at 2 PM, br ause Im a choice member. But after waiting, they placed me in a room missing basic amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and even drawers. The second room I was given was supposedly cleaned, but I never saw any cleaning staff in the hour I had to wait. The carpet was wet for two days, the tub was dirty, and worst of all, the pillows had a strong mildew smell. Despite requesting a change, the front desk did nothing. I woke up feeling sick because of it. The manager initially offered me an early checkout and a refund, and told me to go to another hotel as if I had time to do that during my short stay. He also offered to move me to another room—only to then say they were fully booked, making me wait indefinitely. I eventually had to go buy Febreze and sheets just to make the room livable. This was an awful experience, and I would never recommend anyone stay here. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality.

Room didn't have any hot water that I was in. Sent a mechanic person to check and still wasn't hot. Ceiling and walls peeling need to be redone and the desk clerk doesn't listen at what the people staying in the hotel is saying about the room they are in. I will not go back.

Kathy was extremely pleasant. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Our room was quite spacious. We are so Grateful for Delta putting us up for the night. Everything was a very smooth experience due to our flight cancelation. In Deepest Gratitude. Larry & Monica

DO NOT COME HERE. Our voucher through Frontier was for this hotel and it was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Our first impression was taking the elevator up to the room and it sounded like it was ready to fall apart.(I wish you could upload videos because it was really THAT bad) Our room was disgusting. The pull out couch was ripped, the one bed was broke and the mattress was sitting on an incline to the point where you couldn't lay in it. The shower and bathroom floor were covered in hair, so we didn't bother using it. There was an obnoxious clicking noise coming from the fridge area that never stopped. The mirror was filthy and never cleaned. Also the area it was in was terrible and would not recommend walking anywhere. I read some of the other reviews and it seems like most people went through the same experience as my girlfriend and I. If i would have known this hotel would have been like this i would have just stayed in the airport.

I don’t know what all those 4 and 5 star reviews are about, but this hotel deserves no more than 1 star. Room and hallway on 4th floor smells like sewage. Bathroom filthy and moldy, trash wasn’t taken out. It’s below 20 degrees outside and heat only goes to mid 60s in room, so it was cold, bathroom colder, remote to tv doesn’t work and the people staying there made it feel like you were staying at a homeless shelter…. checked in late so I had to suffer through this nightmare that I can’t call hotel, cause it felt like a motel off skidrow in LA. I had to put layers of toilet paper on seat to use toilet. I didn’t touch anything in that room and didn’t use their shower. Because of how gross it looked. I kept all my belongings on one bed, I didn’t even change, I just took my hood sweater and lay it over pillow and tried to get some sleep, which I didn’t. In the am I took a bird bath with some wipes I carry and changed out my clothes. I hate that you pay money for decent service and can’t even get that. Not asking for 4 star treatment because you get what you pay for, but having a clean efficient room should be at the minimum. I Just needed a few hours of sleep and a shower, which I wasn’t able to do either. I was better off sleeping in my car. Do not book here and check reviews of these hotels around this area as well, because I had a more worst experience at days inn also. Just to add the grossly looking maintenance guy that can’t fix anything smelled of weed, trying to get my number, made me even more uncomfortable.
