Comfort Suites Forsyth near I-75

Where do I begin? The room itself was okay. To me it wasn’t anything outstanding. Tv was nice, the WiFi sucked like really bad, the breakfast was not good! We went down at 9am to get breakfast and they already put everything they had away all that was available was yogurt and cereal (plus they had no spoons or bowls out) the bathtub leaked when you took a shower and got all over the floors The hot tub needs maintenance and does not work and the pool also was dirty, when you ride the elevator it shows the last time it was inspected was 2022 (like what?) at one point there was no worker in the lobby the worker on duty left because her shift was over and they had no one to come in. The beds are very squeaky and bouncy. The plus was the gym it was very nice. Definitely not worth the price per night!

Booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Got here and found the hot tub was actually colder than the pool. Was told by the front desk lady that it's not been working in a while. Definitely don't book this hotel for the hot tub alone like we did. Very disappointing. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly though and the room wasn't bad but could have paid less for a nicer hotel if we had known the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was worst I've ever had. Biscuits were ice cold, no toast, no juices, no fruit. Lame spread overall.

Wayne at the front desk went out of his way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The manager was also equally as kind. The facility was clean and breakfast was done exceptionally. All staff were pleasant and helpful- at all times! I have told many family and friends about the stellar service and they will stay when in the area. GREAT customer service. 5 star.

We flew from London and had a very long 22 hour journey to get here. Booked this hotel on Expedia. We didn't expect much for the price, just a clean, quiet room. It was not quiet, but can't complain as it is next to 1-75 so no surprise there, though not good sound proofing in the hotel build. The room smelled bad - not sure if the do smoking/non-smoking but this was a smoking room! It was cold so we switched on the heat which gave off a horrible smell like something was burning. The bathroom was not very clean - bits on the floor, dripping tub faucet, the sink faucet leaked water all over the sink counter when used, and the toilet flapper chain came off - obviously a common issue as the top of the cistern was slightly ajar. I fixed it myself. There were no additional blankets in the room so it was a cold night's sleep. We did not complain to reception, which was staffed by an extremely nice man when we checked in. He probably would have offered us another room, we knew that, but we were too tired and just wanted to sleep. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable with clean linens. We were not expecting a 5 star hotel, but we were expecting clean and comfortable. We got comfort, but not clean. This hotel is obviously in need of some maintenance and better quality cleaning. I would not recommend it for a quick overnight stop along the highway as there are several other options at this location for similar price which will no doubt be cleaner and less tired.

We have usually been given decent stays at Comfort Suites from Dallas Texas to Saint Louis Missouri. We have had wonderful experiences to not so good. This was not so good. ||I realize as everywhere you go across the US thar people are short staffed, however many times franchise owners would rather let their property run down than make improvements to give their patrons upgraded experiences. The ownership needs to step up and make much needed tender loving care to this Comfort Suites location. ||We arrived after 1030 in the evening after traveling all day. After a lackluster dinner at a dirty cracker barrel which was rated good by past customers experiences and this property was rated good stars as well but like our dinner it was not the best stay. ||First and foremost and I am attaching photos to this review. The sheets on the beds in the 2 queen suite contained rips, dark bodily fluid stains and someone's hair from previous customers. I know things fall through the cracks at times, however sleeping on someone else's DNA that you don't know is gross. I approached the night desk attendant and he offered to change rooms but having a special needs 11 year old and going through the whole process of making him understand is difficult. He then told me I could take it up with management but when I did the next morning I received an apology and was told the room had been cleaned but no extra points or anything to make it right after us sleeping someone's filth. Then as referenced in another attached photo that you will see a patched ceiling with mold and water damage plus we had crumbling walls in the bathroom and a shower curtain that wouldn't cooperate.||Breakfast was OK. The whole juice dispenser didn't work and biscuits were very hard. Gravy, eggs and sausage were pretty good and the ladies that worked the breakfast room were very nice. ||Part of our floor smelled like smoke and weed. And they need more luggage carts. Took a while for one to appear. It seemed no one was returning them to the lobby but no one was out front loading their car either. ||Just all together a disappointing experience.

The room was not ready at 3:00 PM that the website said was check-in time. We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. Front desk attendant said there was only one maid. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was filthy! We did not even shower because there was so much mold and mildew in the tub. There was hair and whiskers on the countertop and make-up on the hand towel. The towels and bedding were stained. The dirtiest Comfort Suites we ever stayed at, and we are platinum members.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The entire hotel has not been updated since it was built. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair, my bed creaked when I got into it. The wifi would not load pictures on my iPad or iMac air. The area around the tub was caulked with a white caulk, applied with a finger, very sloppy. The entire hotel was dark and drab. How anyone could rat this hotel as good is beyond me.

If you have children avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed here Wednesday night to Friday and my 1 year old left here terribly sick. The rooms are falling apart. The maids don’t properly clean. There is paint fallen all over the ground from the walls. Mold in the bathrooms. Holes all in the walls My baby can’t even lift his head up and he was perfectly fine until we Stayed here. Surprised the state allows this place to still be open. How is it that as nice as a chain of comfort suites is that this hotel looks like this? I’ve stayed at motel 6 way nicer than this.
