We stayed one night in a double queen bed, pet-friendly room. The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was fine. What we didn't like was the strong smells in the hallway and in our room. It was obvious that some kind of freshener product had been used continually to cover up a mildew smell in the carpeting. It was really strong in our room and bothered my allergies. Also, when we turned on the a/c unit, it was louder than usual, like a rumbling noise. Lastly, on the morning of our check out (check out time is 11am), housekeeping just walked into our room at 10am stating that she showed that we had already checked out. About 15 minutes later, another housekeeping guy knocked, stating that he too thought we had checked out. Nope. Thank goodness neither my husband or I were naked when the first gal walked in. We didn't check out that morning until close to 11am. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well.

Staff was very kind, professional, and friendly. I stay in many hotels, this one was one of the most clean that I have seen. The bed slept well everything was nice. I will make this location one of my main stops while traveling now.

My family and I stayed here about September 21. We were early to check they asked which floor and if we wanted to be near an elevator. How nice! The room was very clean and smelled good too. The beds were very comfortable after a long traveling day. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Had lists of local restaurants so we could choose. The food at the breakfast was very good. Nice omelets, kielbasa, potatoes, breads, pastry, yogurt, fruit and coffee, and juices. And on Sunday it started early so we could leave right after breakfast. Very convenient!

★★★

Business trip checked in here for the night. The good.. It's a relatively clean room granted I was given the Handicap accessible room... Shower pressure was limited to poor. The window curtains are sorta automatic but barely work.|I like the set up of the room although. The thermostat is bright blue so you have the blue blaze all night. Bed was OK very firm.|Breakfast was served by the usual drones.. It was the predicable Grey sausage, egg omlette, Potato's and waffles. It was hot it was edible.||I guess I'd stay here again unless i find better.

This would be a 5 start review but the girl at the front desk give me attitude over needing a receipt for my accountant. She then informed me that all Hamptons were doing away with their printers and that I would need to get it online. Which is fine. I reminded her of the many other choices I can make at this location over her being too lazy to get up out of her comfy chair in the lobby to get me a receipt. With that said, this was one of the nicest rooms. Breakfast was ok.

The only dings to this rating are 1. Only 1 trash can in a suite that sleeps 6 -and-|2. Empty Hand sanitizer station at breakfast bar.|As close to perfect a stay as I’ve ever had in any hotel. Staff: helpful/welcoming/knowledgeable. Room: immaculate.

When we arrived here there was no heat in the rooms correction. No hot water. So they rerouted us to another hotel in their chain and I've already made comments about that. I thought that was really good of them and the benefits of staying with a chain that has more than one option.

We've stayed here a few times and will continue to make this one of overnight stops as we make our way sou th for the winter months. Accommodations, staff, and location are all great. They're pet friendly, and there are good areas for dog walking.
