NillMy husband and I had the pleasure of a 4 night 3 day stay at this hotel. The evening crew were exceptional (we were gone most of the day). Nabria checked us in and made us feel like we were staying with family. Our room was great, clean and plenty of bathroom amenities, no problems getting fresh towels or room cleaning. We do wish the breakfast would have been complimentary. Breakfast was good my husband ordered from the menu and I did the breakfast bar. Everything was well prepared. The hotels price, location and appearance were things that attracted us. Thanks and keep up the good work!

★★★★This hotel was very clean and the personnel were friendly. It was fairly recently renovated, quiet, and I would stay again. Compliments to Chef Emmanuel for the delicious pot stickers. Location in east Atlanta was perfect, for traveling east the next morning on I-20 and not hasseling with Atlanta traffic. I had a double room, very basic and the price was reasonable. The only one little flaw I could find was the menu button didn't work on the remote control .

NillAvoid this hotel at all costs. Cars are regularly broken into—I found out the hard way my first night. Staff showed zero concern and even refused to speak to the police. On top of that, they charge $5 a day for parking. The "renovation" feels half-done: barely any hot water, empty soap dispensers, and trash everywhere—broken glass in the lot (a warning sign) and garbage in the stairwells my entire stay. The digital key didn’t work either. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are better, safer options even if it's 30 minutes further away make the choice to stay elsewhere.

★★This hotel we avoided like the plague due to old reviews over the years. We decided to give it a shot since it was newly renovated. The staff was polite and professional. Greeted us when we arrived and the room was impeccable. The refrigerator was on the warm side, but that did not damper everything else. The downside which trumped the entire visit, is the flooding in one particular area of the parking lot. The rest of the parking lot and neighboring parking lots were dry. Where we parked the cars had water covering their pipes and up to and beyond their doors when I first came out. I asked for garbage bags from staff to use to wade in the water to get to our vehicle. The bags broke and the water was too high, ruining my shoes. I had to take off my shoes and socks and wade in water to get to my vehicle, with water up to my calves. Unbelievable. I probably need a tetanus shot. We were in town for a funeral and were headed back for a 12 hour drive home and did not expect to find this. It would have been fine and understanding if the entire parking lot was flooded, but in one area? You knew. You have a drainage problem and we don't even remember seeing a drain at all. When we are back down on a dry day i will check, take a picture and report back. This was ridiculous. Do not allow people to park here, block it off as you did other areas for team busses.. I'm sure you caught **** from those car owners. I've included pictures.... As a Hilton Honors member totally disappointed, but a really, really nice hotel. Truthfully, I'd stay here again.

NillThe hotel staff was very nice. As for the hotel, if it wasn’t a work trip I would have moved to another hotel. The water pressure was horrible. Sink and shower, the pressure would dramatically drop in the middle of using, and get cold. We never used the pool because the water was on the cloudy side all 10 days we were there. The amenities in the room were just okay. But the furniture they have in the rooms to sit was hard as a rock. The bed was okay. Not much selection to watch on the TV. Finally, looks can be deceiving. The area seemed clean. With plenty of options to eat around the area the hotel is located, within a couple min drive. But it is not the safest part of town.

★★No restaurant and bar service. No hot breakfast options. Robin and Derrick ar the front desk was very cordial. Also the gentleman that works overnight. Breakfast server Dora was pleasant. Upon checking out on Saturday February 15th we realized Monday we may have left some items in the room.i called and talked to Derrick who kindly transferred me to the housekeeping supervisor voice mail. Left message and have yet to hear back.two days later I called back and spoked to Robin who also left a message for housekeeping to contact her about situation which she has not gotten a call back either |I have left message for the G.M|and same results. No response. Regardless the value of items that may or may not been left in room,I find it very disrespectful not to acknowledge a guest and return their call.this behavior would never occur at The Hilton Garden Inn located in Freeport,Maine||

NillThe Good: the people working the counter were great. They were friendly and very efficient. I would hire them all if I had jobs to offer. The hotel was clean. The Bad: the Bar and kitchen was closed. No timeline for opening it up. The workout room closed at 10. It wasn’t near guest rooms. Not sure why. Ice machine broken on my floor. The shower fluctuated between cold, tepid and hot. Mostly tepid. Breakfast is $12 for bagels, toast and cereal. Please. And finally, a suburban location, across from a mall with a sea of parking and they charged for parking on site. That is BS. I won’t be back.

★★This was MY personal experience from staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest from February 7th -9th ||Received this message in my email on February 6th 2025: ||Bridgette, go straight to your|room with Contactless Arrival.|Check in now to choose your room and request your Digital Key - all from your phone with the Hilton Honors app. It's the easiest, breeziest way to stay.| |When I attempted to complete the check- in through the app, I receive an error message say oops! Looks like something is wrong on the Hilton Garden Stonecrest Atlanta’s end. So, I contacted the hotel and was told that the app does not work with this Hilton Garden, and even if I was able to choose a room through the app, I was told that it wouldn’t be a guarantee that I would receive the room that I choose. One of the reasons why I chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Hotel in the first place was because of the wonderful service and the app feature use that I received at Hilton Garden in Columbia SC. However, that was not the case at this one. Question: Why offer this service if the app ( check in does not apply to this hotel as I was told) Another problem that I had with this hotel was the 50.00 charge for holding regarding room damage, the other Hilton did not request this charge from me, but the final straw came when I had a bathroom situation on February 8th. Call down to the lobby and requested assistance, was told that an order was going to be put in. Waited no one came, call back down, the manager stated that he was on his way. Waited he never came. If it had not been for a housekeeper cleaning one of the rooms and having the necessary tool for us to use to resolve the bathroom issue ourselves, we still would be Waiting. I could clearly tell that this Hilton was Definitely under a different management, then the one in Columbia, SC. Might have the same name, but the level of excellence was Definitely not the same. I will never be returning this Hilton Garden in the Stonecrest/Atlanta area again.
