NillThe hotel could use upgrades. Starting from entrance to rooms. We had to figure out how to open our room door after we drop the keys into the door; it wouldn’t open. Handle got stuck every time. The bathroom could be bigger. The gym machines could be up graded! The bike (which is something I like to use to do my workouts) back of the seats was broken off. Even the gym could’ve been completely remodel and make much bigger. I stayed at the hotel and it was busy during my stay; so more that three people couldn’t work out at the same time in the gym. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating; the ambiance should be upgraded to match the energy of the people who work there. Once Wyndham do a wonderful upgrade and keep the pleasantness of the staff; it will be five stars!

★★★★The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was ok, pillows were comfy which is important to me. Nice having a fridge to put our beverages and food in. Bathroom is small for 2 people and toilet seat could be replaced. Nice area outside near pool but pool needed some cleaning.|Not high-end but neither is the price. Fine for an overnight or day or two.

NillI had a terrible experience with this hotel. I received a confirmation email for my hotel stay, which clearly stated my reservation was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the booking had been declined due to non-payment — something I was never notified about. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. A confirmation should mean the reservation is secured — not that I’m going to be left scrambling for a room after a long day of travel. What made things worse was the lack of support. I contacted customer service, and not only was the response slow, but there was no clear accountability or resolution offered. I was left to make alternate arrangements at the last minute, which were more expensive and completely avoidable had the booking platform done its job. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. I will not be using this company again, and I strongly advise others to double-check their bookings directly with the hotel — because clearly, this platform can’t be trusted to follow through on its own confirmations.

NillWe had booked a weekend trip to visit with our family coming up from Florida. My cousin booked her room and then a couple day later I booked a room for my kids and I. After booking I decided to read the reviews. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews. Some negative, some mediocre, and some good. I had seen some pictures on the reviews and got nervous. As soon as we pulled up and went to the front desk my thoughts immediately changed. It was late, we were exhausted the kids were tired, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet. She took care of everything, had to make a few changes which was no problem at all. She got it all taken care of and got us off to our room. Due to an unexpected issue we weren’t able to have our conjoined room but she managed to keep us together a few doors down. The room was clean. Plenty of pillows. The bathroom was nice. Extremely hot water. It had a mini fridge & coffee pot. I do wish there was a microwave but that’s ok! Breakfast was great! The staff was very welcoming everytime we left or came back. I don’t tend to leave reviews, but I try to always give positive feedback if I see negative reviews to give reassurance to anyone like myself.

NillTERRIBLE!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel!!! They put us in a handicap room which usually I’ve never had issues with, they aren’t much different than regular rooms. Well this one changed that for good! Took a shower and it FLOODED THE ENTIRE BATHROOM with 1/2 standing water which then FLOODED INTO THE MAIN ROOM all from a simple shower!! Not to mention, there was no soap at all in the entire room, no soap by the sink and no body wash so literally nothing in there to feel clean. The front door was broken, the handle would get stuck either up or down and flop around so the door wouldn’t close and latch at all unless you jiggled it around a bunch, but even still the deadbolt didn’t lock at all. The room looked nice but if you looked down the floor had hair and dirt and someone’s old candy on the floor! Which once the shower flooded the place all those nastiness from the floors was now washed all around. We felt so disgusted that if they had offered to move our room because of the flooding we would’ve laughed at them. Do they check anything at this place??? If they can’t even sweep the floors and put soap in the bathroom then I don’t even want to know what else isn’t done!!!

NillChose this hotel as a weekend stay for a basketball tournament. I was placed in a room with a nonoperable television. It took 3 hours for maintenance to come and see what was wrong. He said the tv was broken and they would either find a new television to switch out or let me switch rooms. Neither option happened. I then decided to discuss with the front desk representative who said they would give me a credit for the inconvenience. After two weeks of calling and following up, no credit was issued to my card. I also noticed a $70 additional charge that no one could explain. I was told that they were having computer issues and it was randomly charging people’s account unexplained charges. This place is a scam!

NillCleanliness 👍🏽 not bad for the price, comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff. The only ice machine is on the bottom floor, and our tv did not work at all. Other than that, it’s located in a quiet area, close to the interstate, so overall a convenient stay for one night.
