I picked this hotel for proximity to airport. Check in attendants were super helpful and even ordered me a car for early departure to airport since van shuttle was not operating at 4:30am! We had dinner in the cafe/restaurant in lobby. Beverly went above and beyond serving us and food exceeded expectations. Thank you Hilton and for the exceptional employee service.

Stayed 6 nights Bar / Restaurant is open only a limited time 5-9 Restaurant is open for breakfast which I had and enjoyed each day. Room is supposed to be serviced every 2 night. In the six nights I stayed it was only cleaned once and even then the towels were not replaced. Notifying the front desk did not help. I had Laundry to send out for cleaning but the front desk did not know how to do this. I emailed the manager asking her to clarify and received no response. This hotel seems to be poorly run with front desk staff that are not knowledgeable and cleaning staff that do not do there job and a manager that does not respond. There are a lot of hotels in the area and if you are looking I am sure you could easily do better. I will not be returning on my next trip to the area.

Stayed here overnight on April 5th as a stop over on my business trip. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was friendly. I had an issue with the shower in my room. When I went to take a shower in the morning before leaving, the shower water did not work. The front desk could not help with compensation. They said a manager would get back to me. Two weeks later, there is no response. Hilton Guest services said they would help, and again, no response. As a long time Honors and gold member for over 20 years, I am very disappointed with this lack of response. Maybe Hilton is going downhill. I'm not sure, but we will see. May need to change hotel chains back to Marriott.

My boyfriend, his friends and my self stayed at this wonderful Hilton last night, and from check in till we left it was great. I have a to give a special shout out to the two ladies that were on evening shift. These two ladies made me feel so welcome and check so easier. Thank you to these ladies, I have never felt so welcome in Georgia before. It’s women like you two that show kindness is still there to everyone. Hope your bosses they hired the right people to welcome people to their Hilton.

The hotel seemed alright. We checked in at 930pm and out at 415am so didn't see much. Rooms were good and quiet. The issue was the shuttle to the airport. Paid more than neighboring hotels because this one had a shuttle that started at 430am, which was essential for our 530am flight. We even called twice before we arrived to ensure the shuttle was working and started that early. Upon arrival we're informed the shuttle is broken. They said they would book us an Uber but everything was done through the app, not the hotel. We checked in with four people, two large suitcases, a golf travel bag and four backpacks. I asked twice for a large enough vehicle and wrote everything down on a sticky note for the front desk employees. At 415am still no confirmation of route and finally at 420am it shows a Toyota Camry on route. That is cancelled and a Chevrolet Bolt is on the way. If you're not aware, that is a very small car. The driver shows up and is irritated. There's no way he can get all of us and our luggage. The desk clerk asks him to make a second trip, but he's still upset (understandably) and says that's not how Uber works. My kids and I pile in with as much luggage as will fit leaving my husband and golf bag to hopefully be picked up and not have to walk the two miles to the airport. Luckily the Uber driver does the right thing and comes back for my husband but the Hilton could have alleviated so much stress and anxiety on our part by letting us know ahead of time about the shuttle or booking the correct Uber. Will not be staying here again.

The restaurant lady for supper was very pleasant . Food was okay. The breakfast lady seemed to be overworked or unorganized. It seemed pretty simple , either continental breakfast for $9.95, 16.95 for a bit more items or a made to order breakfast that in this case we paid ahead for. None of it was great. I would never pay for any break at a garden inn again. They don’t seem to be in the business for food service like they used to be. She seemed to not have control of the restaurant as everyone seemed to be looking g for her etc. All very vague how it worked so had to ask a lot of questions. She never welcomed us and explained anything. Maybe we are asking for too much but …|The front desk lady was okay. Friendlier this morning when we were checking out. The lady on the desk last night was very friendly. |The rooms are very very dark. They r clean but dated. |We used to enjoy the garden inns but will now move into other hotels. We r diamond members and love the perks of the diamond status. This clerk didn’t seem to know about the $10 credit per person but I did get it on my receipt this morning at checkout. She had to read my app . |All in all clean but dark in rooms.

So sad to see how this hotel has gone downhill. This used to be my favorite hotel in Pooler. I frequently stay at a HGI while traveling especially for the food/bar area. When I arrived I was told the bar area closed at 9 pm for food or drinks. I am accustomed to the food/bar area closing at 10pm. Room smelled of pet urine. When I went to shower, there was a used bar of soap and hair in the soap holder. Bath towels also appeared to be slightly mussed and I never touched the bath towels. Went downstairs for breakfast next morning and waited for a breakfast attendant. After 15 minutes with no one there I served myself. The breakfast attendant finally showed after I finished eating just to give me a bill. Paid and tipped them, but why tip for someone who just hands you a bill and doesn't serve anything? Hotel and service is not what I would expect out of this brand, both as a Hilton Honors member and as a previous repeat guest at this same hotel. Not worth the money. Next time I will nearby at Embassy where the food/bar area is open till 10 pm and the service is impeccable.
