Baymont by Wyndham Savannah/Garden City

The bed was comfortable and clean. The lavatory worked. I'm not really sure why all the other reviewers are trashing this place. The staff were polite. The town is expensive, so for the area, the room was reasonably priced.

Awful. I got 2 rooms for my family. First day they didn't clean the rooms. Second day because I complain about it. About 8.00 am While I was down stairs a male i guess employee from hotel, get in the rooms while my wife in one of the room was sleeping and my son " he is a minor" was using the bathroom in the other room just enter in the rooms and start to clean with my family in the room in bed. And he said don't worry keep sleeping I'm just cleaning. That is crazy. We complain again to the manager , nothing happened. We left because we feel unsafe i call to talk with the manager . Saturday Angela told me she can't do nothing about it . I call again Monday I spoke with Larissa Jones general manager she told me sorry she can't do nothing also. What caim of people run this place? Still no answers.

I typically stay at Wyndham hotels and this hotel proved to me that I simply need to accept that I need to book a more expensive hotel room or cancel a trip if I can only afford a Wyndham room. I’ve never had an experience like this before but I refuse to risk it again. Bugs in the room, no bathtub drain, stains on the tub and toilet, what looked like mold in the shower, the beds were so soft we physically sank into them in a painful way, scratchy sheets that left my skin feeling grimy and unclean. No access to filtered water in the lobby or in any vending machines. Tap water tasted like bleach (and this is from someone who used to be local to the area- it’s not just the Savannah tap water taste). My partner started feeling sick after the first night in the hotel and as soon as we got home he felt better. Typically I am happy in Wyndham hotels because ultimately I just need a safe clean place to shower and sleep while I travel, but this was such a miserable experience I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever risk staying at a Wyndham hotel again.

The property has been abandoned by its ownership. It needs a deep clean along with a pest control program. Checked out within hours of checking in. The staff was understanding. Were still waiting for our refund. Wyndham as a brand is dying from a lack of leadership.

We booked this through the AAA recommendation website . We were shocked at this motel's condition. We had booked three nights . Did not bring luggage in after seeing the hotel. Offered to pay first night out of fairness. Called, tried to get the last two night refunded. After back and froth calls . They refused. do not book this place . One of worse experience of worse experience I have encountered.

Bathroom was dirty i I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. I did inform the front desk but I didn't want to deal with someone who not be in a good mood so I just cleaned it myself. Which is not ideal but I would rather avoid the confrontation and just not stay there again.

Deceiving and not what I expected at all. I also didn’t feel to save to be there alone. The tub was so clogged and the room was hot even with the ac running. Thankfully it was just one night

If I could give 0, I would. Hair dryer didn't work, nothing to eat for breakfast at 8 AM, the worst staff ever, showing attitude when asked for 2 pieces bread for breakfast, lots of noise and overall was the worst experience I had
