NillI booked The Ann after discovering it on the Bonvoy app and reviewing the available information at the time. This was about three weeks before the hotel officially opened, so when reading reviews, keep in mind that it’s a brand-new property, and there may be minor adjustments as they settle in. However, we personally encountered no issues. The check-in process was seamless, and Alex provided a thorough overview of the hotel’s amenities. I cannot say enough good things about Alex. He was always there to answer questions or respond to our requests. He really does an amazing job of taking care of the guests here. Our room exceeded expectations and was beautifully decorated with stylish furniture, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything you could need. While it’s an excellent choice for small families, we found it just as enjoyable. Little James, the restaurant next door, was a fantastic addition, offering great food, cocktails, and coffee drinks. Overall, a wonderful stay!

★★★★★This is a beautiful property in a convenient location within walking distance to shops, spas, restaurants and bars. And it's also very close to the riverfront. The property is new and the staff is amazing! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Kayla and Malwah you are simply wonderful. The front desk gets a bit backed up at check-in time. I do think it would make sense to have two staff people assisting guests especially during the weekends. The apartments have comfortable beds and amazing attention to detail. It's stylish, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely return! |The most challenging thing we encountered was trying to find the entrance. The sign is very small and the main entrance is on the side of the building.

★★★★★The Ann Savannah, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy offers a spacious, modern, and well-organized stay with clean rooms and brand-new furniture. The design is sleek and contemporary, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a fresh and comfortable experience.||Each apartment comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which is a fantastic convenience for long stays. However, it’s important to note that the dryer is a condensation dryer, meaning you’ll need to keep the closet door open for it to work efficiently. Additionally, increasing the dryness setting by +3 helps ensure that clothes come out fully dry, as they may otherwise remain slightly damp.||The service at this property is one of its strongest points. Alena at the front desk was outstanding—her humor, professionalism, and excellent service truly enhanced my stay. Also, hi Alena! Since you said you like reading reviews, I just wanted to say thanks for the great dining recommendation. I definitely enjoyed it!||Additionally, Oscar, the facility manager, was incredibly helpful and had a fantastic demeanor, making sure everything ran smoothly.||The security, valet, and bellhop team were also amazing. A special mention to the valet/bellhop, who went above and beyond helping with our excess luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed upon arrival.||As a recently opened property, the hotel is still ironing out some issues:|* Air Conditioning Issues – The AC unit tends to freeze up, and when it defrosts, water may leak onto the floors. This could be a concern, especially in rooms with high humidity or during extended stays.|* Long Check-In Waits During Peak Times – If arriving during busy hours, be prepared for longer wait times at check-in as the process is not yet as streamlined as it should be.||Despite a few operational quirks, The Ann Savannah is a fantastic choice with its spacious, modern apartments and top-tier customer service. Once they smooth out the minor issues, this will undoubtedly be one of the best extended-stay options in the area. Highly recommended, especially thanks to the incredible staff!

NillThis was a great place to stay and would love to see more properties like this. It’s a fully stocked apartment with many amenities in the shelves and closets. Kind of like an Airbnb but with out all the surcharges for cleaning and stupid check out instructions. As a status member I got a $30 a day credit in their little market. There wasn’t much there to choose from, but we got chips, soft drinks, and candy, etc. There is no club room and no coffee in the lobby. If this place had an M Club it would be even better. There is a really nice workout room and we understand there is an outdoor (unheated) pool but it was too chilly to go there. The staff was friendly and the manager, Alex, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

★★★★★I stayed here after just opening and the wrinkles of a new “apartment” hotel were clear from my arrival. ||Due to a software glitch my room hadn’t been cleaned. After a few missteps and 3 hours later I had a beautiful upgraded 2 bedroom suite. The staff responded quickly and graciously to prepare my room. Hats off to the team for doing what they can given first month foibles. ||Be that as it may, the receptionist was welcoming and did her best to accommodate my reservation while juggling several other duties including running essentials up to guests and managing the canteen. ||The apartments are spacious and for the most part well furnished. I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit which was quite nice. It would be easily comfortable for an extended stay.||The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and dishes. A compact dishwasher and dish soap were handy although there were no dish towels or sponges for handwashing. Here, details matter. While there is a measuring cup and large stock pot; there is no saucepan or tea kettle. ||The washer and dryer give it the apartment feel. They are kind enough to provide soap. ||They offer cruiser bikes which I rode to the store. Another wrinkle was the lock. We couldn't figure out how to unlock it. Another minor wrinkle that I'm sure they will fix.||The building has interesting architectural features with contemporary styles of exposed ductwork, pipes, and wiring, concrete floors and wooden beams. The furnishings are inviting with a comfortable sofa and chair. Books add a homey touch. ||Accessing the entrance was a bit confusing which could be easily improved with additional signage. Once inside, the lobby looks more like an executive clubhouse living room with sofas, armchairs, tables, books and other decorations. The receptionist sits behind a desk with a laptop versus the typical counter with a row of clerks. ||They offer a $30. credit to the store which had a meager hodgepodge of snacks, books, tea towels and other miscellaneous items.||Despite the calamities, this is a beautiful hotel and worth the wrinkles.

NillWe came during St Patrick’s day weekend. It was busy with people out for all the festivities. The beds are very comfortable.and the rooms were extremely clean. The area is nice for all the new buildings they’ve placed in an undeveloped neighborhood. They give you a 30$ credit that can be used daily at Little James or the hotel market and 2 hour free bike rental. I also like the complimentary umbrellas for the rainy days, nice touch. The reason I rated as low as I did was because of the noise. It has nothing to do with the busy weekend but because the walls are thin. You can hear someone having a regular conversation. This should not be the cause for a 400$ a night hotel.

NillI highly recommend this great new concept by Marriott! The 2Br/2Ba apartment was spacious and about the same price as a generic hotel room in downtown. It was nicely appointed and we appreciated the little extras such as a W/D, laundry soap, coffee, hand steamer and an umbrella. There are also pumps of Grown Alchemist shampoo, soap, etc. in the bathrooms. We had a credit to use at the tiny market or restaurant, which was a nice bonus. Only downside was valet (no other option) and it was always a bottleneck. The curb parking and valet space was not properly thought through for this sized property, and I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like when the building is at full capacity. There’s only room for 3-4 cars at a time and service was slow.

NillWe arrived at the Ann at Savannah on 2/14/25 and loved our accommodations so much we booked again on 2/15/25. The staff was courteous and the hotel was so beautiful! They were busy and yet we felt right at home. We were introduced to, and greeting by management. Alex was the best host and made our stay experience even better than we could have imagined. We loved the hospitality and the location. We stayed on foot all weekend. This hotel is going to be a major contender in the coming seasons! Thank you to all who welcomed us to your lovely city.
