Sea Palms Resort

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had. I stayed as part of a conference, and happened to catch a stomach bug the last night I was there. The staff, environment, and comfort were all amazing. A staff member drove me to get IV fluids and gave me his personal contact information in case I needed help getting in touch with the hotel. Even though the hotel was technically closed for the conference, the chef still cooked and brought me rice and oats and electrolytes so that I could recover. The beautiful views out over the marsh and the screened in porch gave me the perfect environment to rest in. They even waived the checkout time so that I could rest longer on the morning that I was leaving. Thank you so much for the wonderful care — I could not have had a better stay, nor a better sick day in a hotel.

We had a beautiful stay. Ros are renovated and clean. Nice modern design and offers everything you need . View over the marsh is beautiful. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. We will definitely come back again.

The staff are by far the best thing about this resort. They are friendly and accommodating. They really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you enjoy your stay. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was lots of outdoor seating by the main building to enjoy the weather. My room also had a mini fridge and a microwave, which was super useful. The food at Sago was also really nice. I loved everything I ordered there. Shout out to Chef Travis and his team for being amazing. At first I was worried that the WiFi wasn’t strong enough for my video calls, but it turns out it was my stupid computer’s fault. But luckily, Amanda, one of the people responsible for taking care of us during our conference, managed to figure out what was killing my speed. It definitely wasn’t her job, but she was basically my tech support and helped me through that hiccup! Once I fixed the settings on my computer, the WiFi speed was lightening fast.

The resort and grounds are beautiful and our room was very clean and nicely appointed. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony with a nice view of the marsh. ||We were 3rd floor and the elevator did not work our entire stay of 4days/3 nights. I had to climb 3 flights of stairs in my very formal gown and high heels, even though I reported it within the first hour we were there. The pre arrival phone call was nice but gave me high hopes that the service didn’t live up to. They assured me they would put a note or flower in my mother’s room for her 80th birthday, and nothing was done at all, even though I offered to pay for it. Also, I just don’t care for the outside entry of this resort. I prefer to have indoor hallways. Honestly, I would prefer to stay at another resort next time.

We recently had our daughters wedding at Sea Palms Resort with around 150 guests and it was incredible! The Resort & grounds were perfect and the staff was amazing. Two of our functions had to be moved in doors last minute due to the weather and the staff didn't miss a beat & made it happen quickly. A HUGE thanks to Don Vistan, Banquets Coordinator, & Emily McDonald, Wedding Sales Manager for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. If you're looking for an incredible wedding venue, we highly recommend Sea Palms Resort!

Our stay at Sea Palms Resort was amazing. When we arrived Madison was very friendly. The room was very clean and nicely set up. The view was amazing. A very relaxing vacation. A shout out to staff Madison and Ron Sea Palms Resort is lucky to have y'all as part of their team. Already looking forward to another stay😎

Had an incredible time at Sea Palms with a group of guys we don’t get to spend time with much. If you’re looking for a great day and enjoyable round of golf make sure to visit Sea Palms…. If you make it past “Coot” in the pro shop, who will try to ruin your day before you tee off.

We arrived just as the snow and ice storm hit. Sarah and her team of Tiffany and kevin took great care of us as both power and heat went out early the next morning but to my great pleasure these dedicated team members spent the night at the property to ensure the comfort and safety of their guests. Our VRBO was out of power and heat so we stayed here. Sarah and Kevin found a unit that had power and heat and we transferred to it. Their attitude and commitment made a difficult situation a level 10 experience. None of us could overcome the conditions from the storm but the attitudes of the Sea Palm team warmed our spirit and provided great comfort. We had stayed here previously in warmer weather and the team then was equally as friendly but they didn't encounter the challenges Sarah, Kevin and Tiffany did. Sea Palm should be super proud of their dedicated team.
