I reserved stay for march 21-23 but checked out 3-22-2025 at approximately 10 am. I had the worse experience ever at the sleep In hotel at 5400 Farrington Rd Lathonia,  Ga 30038. My stay was paid prior to arriving but when I got there I was told I needed to pay an additional $60 deposiit and that i would receive it once i check out. once I arrived in the room noticed there was hair in the shower and it was filthy dirty. I immediately asked them to come clean the shower. I then left my bags at the hotel and left for the day. When i arrived back later that night after midnight i then noticed a huge roach in the light fixture that is not fully operable. I called and reported it to the front desk and I was told maintenence was gone. The next morning I went down for breakfast at 7am, which is from 6am to 9am and what I saw was far from out the ordinary. There was sausage links that was cut up in pieces signs saying that you can't bring yiur food back to your room. There was a few pieces of bacon and waffle batter that was to thick it wouldn't even come out. When I asked about more bacon Nash the front desk reception clerk Nash stated that when the 4 pieces is gone he will make more. He then took the container with the batter and went in a closet area. I watched him and when he came out I asked him if he added water to the batter.. He stated that he went to shake it up.. There is no way possible he went in a closet to shake up a container with batter in it. I then asked him about more towels so that I can shower he stated that I had to bring him the old ones in order to get new ones. He stated that I had to wait 10 mins for them to come in to work.. 20 mins later i called and I was being told that i had to bring the old towels . I told the person i was not housekeeping! He then replied that i had to wait till 10 am for the housekeepers to come to work. I also asked him about sending someone to remove the roach out the light fixture and fix it. I was told that they won't be at work until later.. There was all men working there and no one wanted to see how they can fix the situation. We eventually had to bring the towels down so that we could take a shower that morning.  We immediately got dressed and checked out! I would never in a million years recommend this hotel to no one not even a homeless person. I was refused a check out receipt or and documents stating I was checking out and I was refused my $60 deposit.

My experience wasn’t good at all. I had a room with a phone and no cord connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. I had to call from my phone to complain about the noise that people was making in the room on top of mine. The guy that answered didn’t do anything about it because the noise kept going until about 5am then started up again around 9. Breakfast was slim to nothing. The stay was definitely not worth the price I paid!

Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. Glad I stopped by. No smoking policy and the room didn't smell like someone smoked in it, either. Breakfast was a little cold, but there was plenty of options for free breakfast. Good speed for wi-fi, and I felt safe in the hotel. Front desk staff was nice as well. Very helpful and accommodating upon my arrival. As a solo traveler for this trip, I felt safe at this hotel and if I'm in the area again, I'll likely stay here.

My stay was excellent. The building is ALWAYS clean and quiet. The Customer Service is very good. And the complimentary breakfast is the Best. I Highly recommend staying here if You happen to be on this side of town. Overall I rate it a 9/10

I had no problems during my stay....La La the house keeper on the 1st floor she was awsome and cleaned our room to the T. We had our 1 yr old twins with us so our room was more than messy and she went above and beyond her house keeping duties the times she cleaned our room during our stay. Best service we've had at a hotel in awhile and i travel a lot.

Run for the hills, Worst ever hotel I ever stayed in. They might as well call it the boom boom room. They try to give us a room that was not clean, a one bedroom when there was two occupants. This was the worst and I mean the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my entire life.

SAVE YOUR MONEY ! The pictures of the rooms are deceiving to say the least ! From the moment we walked in I knew it wasn’t going to be good. We booked a two night stay, which ended in being ONE NIGHT & ended up staying w/family . The whole lobby, front desk & breakfast area needs a whole upgrade. But, we got in super late & was the only option at that moment . We booked & paid fully through Expedia, got to the hotel & was told we had to put a $60 deposit !! which was nowhere on Expedias booking site but again we got in super late & our backs were against the wall, so fine but thank goodness we were able to pay the EXTRA unexpected $60 ! We finally get our key to the room & the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like nothing but marijuana !!! at this point i’m just disgusted ! We enter the room & the shower was horrible !!!!! It was stained, hair was in the drain ! you can literally see the yellow stain around it!!! Look up & a roach was in the light fixture. The front desk guy was super RUDE & very unhelpful ! Fast forward to the breakfast which was 6am-9am….we got down there at 7….only thing out was chopped sausage links, eggs & bacon, cereal (a joke) NO MILK, WATER or COFFEE !!!! & not to mention you can’t bring your breakfast back to the room. We asked to have someone bring us towels to the room & we were told that WE/US/THE CUSTOMERS had to bring our old ones down in order to get anymore ! Then proceeded to say if not we have to wait until 11:00 when cleaning got there. ATP we wasted no time & 8 in the morning packing to get out of there as quickly as possible. Get to check out & he refused to give us a receipt stating we’ll get one from Expedia but we’ve traveled enough to know we suppose to get one from them as well !! He refused to a receipt for checkout & stated our $60 deposit will be back on our card in 5-7days. We finally spoke w/Expedia & they tell us the guy NEVER checked us out so it was like we stayed both nights, so we’ve been going back & forth w/Expedia & corporate “Choice Hotels” over our refund ! PLEASE SAVE YALL MONEY !!!

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It smells horrible in the rooms. The pictures are catfish. The room looks nothing like online. The shower is extra small. With a very dirty shower curtain. The bottom of it was residue brown. The towels had hair on them. The wash clothes are so old worn thin. Then I was on the first floor. So I could hear all the homeless ppl out side all time of night. The walls and ceiling are super then you can hear absolutely everything. This was a very underwhelming experience. I will never book again.
