Comfort Suites Idaho Falls

Was disappointed when I realized that there wasn't a pool or even a hot tub or sauna.. But the room was amazingly furnished and the bed was super comfortable and I love the road building. However i was surprised to find the bathtub wasn't clean and I gad to clean hair and diet out of it b4 I could take a bath. Breakfast was great. And the staff super friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Except the cleanliness of the bathroom. Shower walls was very dirty. Shower curtain was discolored,with orange funk, needed to be thrown away or washed badly. And our son's room was the same way. At the front desk, she was very welcoming and helpful. Other then that we enjoyed our stay!

Positive: This used to be a great hotel but it?s been taken over by somebody else. The rooms are really big and the view is great. Negative: When I arrived, there was urine in the toilet and hadn?t been flashed. The sheets looked wrinkly, and I didn?t know if they had been washed and they didn?t fit the mattress. The comforter was very thin.

GREAT VALUE!! This hotel looks like it has been renovated but still needs a few tweaks. Minor issues but IMO would improve the stay. 1. Bathroom needs a towel rack 2. Bathroom needs a shelf to set your personal items on while showering. ( there’s plenty of space) 3. Tub needs a safety handle bar 4. ALL the windows need cleaning! This is of utmost importance in a building where the MAIN feature is the VIEW!! 5. Breakfast area needs smaller tables. Most people don’t want to sit and eat with strangers. 6. TV speaking did not match the picture (for me personally, that is unwatchable) 7. Patio door needs to close tighter and easier. 8. Need a screen door on patio. Now after all my bitching I would definitely stay here again and really like the hotel. I just think it needs those tweaks and I would happily pay another $20/night. Super comfy beds. Double queen room is super huge with excessive lighting. TIP: It says Quality inn but is really Comfortable Suites

Had a great time, great view and rooms. The hall way and elevator are pretty loud in the rooms, but not too bad. I'm a little disappointed, i left my personal pillow there when I checked out. I called them when I was on the road, before it was even check out time, they said they'd get it and that I should fill out a form on ileftmystuff.com which i then did. They never contacted me back, or confirmed online that they got it. It's a small thing to rant about, but I love my pillow, there's a reason I traveled with it.

Excellent hotel for Idaho Falls. You are in the downtown area with a short walk. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

We were on the top floor, and the view was excellent! The rooms are comfortable and are a good size. The staff is friendly and helpful. The balcony is comfortable, and it's nice to sit out in the evenings.

Room looked recently remodeled. Very clean & nice. There were a few things that still need fixed in the room. Nice view over looking the falls!
