I come here for my annual snowmobiling trip and love this hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The continental breakfast is filled with clean eating and protein. The heated spa is a must after a day of riding, and if your timing is right in the early morning or before sunset, your chances of seeing moose is outstanding.

From the moment we entered the impeccably clean lobby, we felt a warm welcome that set the tone for our visit. Jennifer greeted us with an extraordinary level of kindness and efficiency, providing invaluable insights into the Yellowstone area that heightened our enthusiasm for exploration. As we meandered through the hotel, we were impressed by its elegant layout, complemented by a splendid hot tub and inviting pool—elements that added to our anticipation upon arrival. In recognition of our gold status, Jennifer graciously extended a late checkout, enhancing our comfort and overall experience. The highlight, however, was when we shared that it was my girlfriend's birthday. In a delightful gesture, Heather generously offered complimentary snacks from the market, ensuring that we celebrated this special occasion with flair and joy. It is dedicated employees like Jennifer and Heather who elevate our experiences at the Marriott. Their remarkable hospitality has solidified our decision to return, making us loyal patrons of your hotel whenever we visit Yellowstone National Park. A heartfelt thank you to both Jennifer and Heather for their outstanding kindness and attention to detail.

Chris is the MVP of Front Desks! From the moment I walked in, Chris made me feel like a VIP (or at least like someone who deserved a great stay). Check-in was a breeze, he had awesome local tips, and his friendly vibe was top-notch. Honestly, if every front desk had a Chris, traveling would be way more fun. Give this guy a raise—or at least a really good coffee!

Amazing stay. Was a little short-staffed in the middle of February, front desk gentleman was running around with his hands full but very friendly and accommodating and polite. Lobby was large and well-lit and clean, with big windows that lent a great view out towards the lake. Pool table, many tables for individual/familial needs, water/coffee/hot water available, as well as a custom hot cocoa station (hot cocoa powder, toppings like marshmallows, flavored syrups). Small but great detail. A little marketplace is available for emergency needs. There's also a bar that serves food, as well as room service. Menu had a nice selection. Room was very clean, modern, and spacious. Awaiting us upon entry was a poster with a handwritten welcome message and some cookies. The bathroom bath gel/shampoo/conditioner smelled remarkably amazing and soothing. The breakfast was hearty and had a great selection, from pastries to hot foods to oatmeal to yogurt. Hot cocoa machine was surprisingly good. Was able to spot two moose feeding in the river, very special. Overall, would highly recommend and I hope to return ASAP.

We love this place and have been coming annually for 4 years now. We have very young kids and the pool has 3 "depth" levels that make it so fun! There's a big sled hill close by and all your needs are conveniently located near this hotel. Jennifer was at the main lobby during our stay this time and she could not have been more welcoming, warm, and friendly at every encounter! We sure appreciated her!

Wonderful winter get away! Complimentary hot chocolate bar was great. Inside pool and huge outdoor hot tub. Complimentary breakfast. Nice rooms. Fabulous location right on the river. Pool table

I don’t leave reviews often but I had to get on and mention what a gem this place is! We stopped here spontaneously on a road trip with our family and we were so pleasantly surprised! They thought of everything here! We walked into what felt like a Christmas Hallmark movie! It was a whole experience, the outdoor Riverside hot tub, an adorable cocoa bar that the kids loved and a special toy for each kid and games to take to our room! Rooms are so cozy and clean, great gym! Amazing breakfast room and wonderful customer service! Absolutely charming! Planning to come back for sure!

Cheyenne is awesome as well as the hotel. Everyone is friendly and the location couldn’t be better we come to snowmobile every year. Kids love the pool, hot tub, and the hot chocolate bar. We love the wildlife and being able to see the river while eating breakfast and a lot of the time moose!
