Where to start? Tried to check in 20 min early and were told it would cost $20 extra. Not that the room wasn’t ready, just policy. We had a double Queen room with only one set of towels. The “kitchenette” consisted of a microwave perched on top of a mini fridge that had beer in it from the prior guests. At check in, there was a sign reading if you want a a coffee pot or to cook, utensils, dishes, etc, they would provide them. We asked for a coffee pot and they didn’t have one. They offered coffee in the lobby that looked like mud and we didn’t want to chance it. There were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and shower (along with black mold, uh……health code violation?) and our feet were black after walking on the floor of the room. Disgusting. Best part is it was U of I grad weekend so we got to pay over $300 for the night. Staff was less than helpful and totally unprofessional. It was clear they didn’t care to lift a finger. Couldn’t get out of there soon enough.

This is an extended-stay motel with an extended-stay clientele. Our 2 bed room can best be described as 'dank'. The shower was moldy, the water ran scalding and freezing. The desk clerk was morose, unwelcoming, and disinterested. The beds were flimsy. I would not recommend putting your face in the thin pillow. The kitchen consisted of a mini-fridge with a mini-microwave teetering on top of it. The doorknob was missing a screw. The pool area was surrounded by an aging chain link fence and best avoided at all cost. The floor in our room needs to be scrubbed more than once every 5 years. We could plainly hear the bodily functions f the patrons in the next room.|Moscow is a lovely town. This motel is not.|The $72..00 'deal' works out to about $110.00. The next morning, grateful that my car had not been stolen, we checked into another place. If you are a drunk football fan, an itinerant fruit picker, or wanted by the police, this place may work for you. I’d recommend that woman and small children avoid it at all costs.|Sincere question…does Moscow even HAVE a health inspector?

I don't agree with the reviews I read. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean including the bathroom, towels and bedding. Yes, the pool was not useable but it was empty and being worked on. I wouldn't have used it anyway. It was pet friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is that they didn't have breakfast and the rooms are older. But the price was great so that made up for that! We will be back next time.

Our stay was short (only two days) so we don't have any funny stories. The room was adequate; the shower was OK and the queen-size bed reasonably comfortable. It was much better the second night, once we were accustomed to it. As for the swimming pool, it needed better daily maintenance but was perfectly usable, especially in the heat we experienced during our visit. ||||They offer few amenities - morning coffee is about it. But there's a super market about 400 yards away so whatever you need will be there. ||||Capsule review? Three stars - adequate and average. Don't go in expecting the Ritz-Carlton and you'll be fine

The worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy, crackheads pacing around the parking lot in the shadows as I was trying to walk my dog. Very sketchy and dirty facility. My room was so disgusting I checked out 5 minutes after checking in. I slept in my minivan in a campground. But the hotel still charged me almost $400 for 4 nights that I never stayed. Management never calls back. Staff members Michael, Isabelle, Brian and Wayne are polite at first, but never give a straight answer or return my calls - just keep giving me the runaround. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Crooks. Low-class establishment. Do not recommend!

Service is great. Location is great. Rooms are absolutely, disgustingly filthy. Hair everywhere - floors, walls, shower. Crumbs and particles on bed platform, on fridge and in fridge like it has never been cleaned. Gray goop on toilet seat that I used the washcloth on to clean off. I had to press like it was sticky and there for a while. Bed had what looked like a dead moth larvae in it. Wet foot prints from shower left the bathroom floor muddy. So gross.

This place is not cleaned. There was a bug in the bathroom. When we checked in they argued with cleaning staff about what rooms were clean, we went to eat to give them extra time to clean. They sprayed cleaner on the floor, apparently from the smell. They wouldn't clean it when we complained. There were no towels, the floor is gritty with dirt, the toilet was not cleaned. There was some unknown substance on the TV screen. The telephone cord was unplugged and under a bed, the cord was surrounded by filth around the edges of the bed. I would stay away from this property. They do not give refunds. Ridiculous, there is no way those positive reviews are real. The company we booked through relocated us.

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Budget price and basic amenities are okay, but compromising on cleanliness is not! I left my name and contact information to speak to a manager and never heard back from any hotel representative. The room was booked through a third party. After sending photos of the disgusting condition of the room, they attempted to request a refund on my behalf. They were also unsuccessful in contacting management.
