Motel 6 Rexburg, ID

I was pleasantly surprised by the Motel 6. I was cash strapped, or I never would have tried it, but check-in was smooth and easy, the room was clean, and everything was in working order. It is what it professes to be and served my needs perfectly. They don't pretend to be luxurious, so you won't find a gym, pool, or free breakfast. What you will find is a clean, safe place to sleep.

Rooms were clean and renovated. But the room was not planned good (no charging point near bed, faucet were placed improperly). For breakfast only coffee and hot chocolate available.

The location and the price was the absolute best for me 🙏 I hate trying to get to a hotel and have to drive all the backroads, but this is right off the freeway and super easy to get to! I love it! The staff is amazing and super friendly. I had the manager helping me. He’s the best, super nice guy! The rooms were neat and clean and just made for a warm and welcoming stay! Definitely would stay again.

We checked in after midnight. The young guy at the front desk was awesome! I ended up talking to him for a few minutes. Our room was clean, but there were a couple of problems with it for us. Because it was designed for people with mobility issues there was no space to store our things. We usually empty our pockets of keys, wallet, purse etc, but there wasn't enough level space to do that here. Also, the shower was level with the bathroom floor and the shower curtain wasn't very high. We both ended up with water over half the bathroom floor. Also there was no room for our toiletry bags. | The important thing was the room was clean and we both had a good sleep.

Best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at! Reasonably priced, rooms were clean, shampoo was included, and service was great! Highly recommend!

I do not like the Motel 6 brand but I ended up having to stay here while traveling back home. I do like that pets stay for free. The room here was very small and bare. The hotel was very well lit up which was good for when I took out my dogs for the bathroom. This is a non-smoking hotel however the entire second floor smelled like marijuana when I checked in. It was okay for a one-night stay.

Clean room, good AC, no bad smell, nice receptionist. Good enough for me. ✓ one thing I'd change is the shower and towels. This kind of shower makes water get everywhere on the floor and the towels are super thin and small.

Room was a good size and cleanish but there were no lamps and the light over the bed didn't have a light bulb in it. The light fixture in the bathroom flickered and the security lock was broken. The hotel is located way off the beaten path and not really close to a highway entrance or restaurants. It was inexpensive though.
