★★★Could not check in early (noon) even though there was no one in the parking lot. Broken coffee machine. Hairs on toilet. Clean sheets and pillows. Mattress had an issue with springs on left side. Dirty outside but plenty of parking and lights on parking lot. Not the worst place I have slept.

NillA two nights stay while in town for a funeral. Affordable and clean, but the facilities are in need of some basic maintenance and upgrades. No breakfast whatsoever, but ice machine worked and water pressure was sufficient with soft towels.

NillThis is the first negative review I have ever posted. I am only creating this review because when I called the motel with my concerns, the man I spoke with was defensive and dismissive. I stayed in room 116 for 3 days last week. I was bitten by bed bugs. When I called to inform the motel and suggest they check the room, I was told it was impossible because the bed and bed frame had been replaced a year ago. I visit relatives in Charleston several times a year. This is the first time I stayed at the Days Inn. I will never stay there again.

NillThe two rooms we got was bed big infested. The manager and front desk receptionist Henry stated that we brought the bedbugs there and denies any Knowledge of having bedbugs previously. The rooms was only occupied for nine hours, only to sleep. They refuse to give corporate number or allow us to speak with a manager or supervisor. The front desk receptionist, Henry stated he and the manager had already discussed the situation before we called to report the incident.

NillThis was arguably the worst hotel stay we have had in awhile. The staff were not friendly & when we needed additional towels & wash clothes they required us to bring the dirty ones to them. The bathroom was micro small, toilet loose, obviously lack of maintenance. We will never be back here. Additionally this place is not handicap friendly no elevator & outside of property not well maintained! Terrible stay for what we paid! The carpet was visibly dirty in both the hallway & bedrooms . It’s clear to me the owners don’t believe in regular maintenance. I highly recommend potential guest drive past this place. It was also rather obvious they do not change the bed covers when customers check out. Ours was visibly stained. What they charge is definitely not worth it.

NillThis is a middle of the road type hotel that is super easy to locate. Having been in existence a number of years, the hotel could use a facelift. However, the area appears safe and the room is comfortable. You have some of the same amenities as other hotels without the glitz at an economical price (given the cost of a hotel stay). You can be off the road and back on again in no time.

NillClean rooms, metal bed frames make a popping noise when you move in bed. Hope you're not a light sleeper.

NillI attempted to stay at Days Inn. I was with two other guests. Upon checking in I immediately saw and killed a roach on the desk area next to the bed. I immediately received a phone call two minutes from the front desk which I didnt answer in time trying to set down my bags and start a bath. Immediately after that came a knock at my door, I was told I had a guest who was recognized on camera who only stayed at this hotel once ever and who was banned after having his tires slashed and police being called.,...I politely ask my guest to leave feeling embarrassed in front of the clerk and regretful and remorseful to my friend asking them to leave. I go on to take my bath .....my other friend returns and they demand she gives them an id. She stayed she didn't have it with her and again she is asked to leave at which point she become irate at this situation and yells at them. I'm mortified as she leaves and the. I'm asked to leave and told I took am banned. FOR WHAT!? I DID NOTHING WRONG! they kept the much needed money we needed to have a night's rest.. I feel I should have been reimbursed my money since I did not get to stay and needed it to find other accomodations... but they kept it ... .I was there 20 min tops! they said they would return my deposit but that never received it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE ... THEY SEEM TO DISCRIMNATE AGAINST WHITE/AMERICANS AND treat you poorly and the accomodations are u sanitary and infested!
