★★★★★It was a remarkable experience with Marriott Chicago O’Hare. We are welcomed by Mr. Rey and I knew the moment he spoke that it will be a superb experience. Not only with his humorous charm but his genuine and warm gesture of welcoming made it unforgettable. As someone who works on a customer service industry, I could feel his genuine hospitality. He was also very assuring that whenever we need something, he will be more than happy and willing to assist us. It was even evident as some hotel guests comes to him and seek assistance in some concerns which shows how hands-on he is on his duty. He is truly one of a kind. Marriott is well known on its impeccable hotels but it is the staff/employee that makes the experience for the guest worth-remembering. Mr. Rey is truly an asset of your company and wish to visit more often in the following months. Marriott Chicago O’Hare hotel has a warm ambiance that is welcoming to each guests. Truly a remarkable experience.

NillHad a great stay in the hotel!! Bed is so comfy and soft— I had a good sleep after a very tiring flight. I loved the attention to detail, they even put a lavender spray on the bedside table. Also, hotel staff members give positive aura in the reception. Needless to say, Rey greeted us with a very welcoming and warm aura. He exudes vibrant energy and has been consistent from orienting us with the hotel facility down to the places we can visit nearby. His professional demeanor reflects how he loves his job. An absolute asset to the hotel!

★★★★★Room was neat and very clean. Beds were so comfortable. I am a Bonvoy member so I got to use the lounge. The mornings in the lounge were wonderful due to a lovely lady named Bruna. She was happy, kind and friendly. She kept the lounge very clean and was very sweet to the guests. You can see she is a conscious and hard worker. She made my day every morning. In the evening in the lounge, was a young gentleman named Robert. What a pleasure to see a young g hard working young man. He had a great attitude and was always helpful with guests. He literally spoke to each guest and made you feel very welcome. This has been my favorite stay at a Marriott because of these two lovely workers! I wanted to mention that every time I walked through the lobby, a worker spoke to me with kind words and a good attitude! Great great customer service here!!

NillThis review is for the events team. I hosted a business event here and the staff was incredible. Amreen was my event coordinator and she was very responsive and informative. Jose was the red coat lead and he was so kind and helpful while I was setting up the room. Chris with the food was great as well. The room we were in was beautiful and modern. I would definitely recommend this team for your corporate events!

NillThere’s no way you should stay at this hotel. Doesn’t uphold the reputation of a traditional Marriott experience. Rooms are underwhelming and tiny. Can spend what you’d spend here at much better hotels throughout Chicago. Housekeeping also came into our room and “threw away” expensive items out of our room. Spoke with the manager on duty who said they can’t do anything about it and that we would just have take the loss. Seemed like she was as either drunk or high honestly. Joke of an experience. Thought about checking out on day 1 of our 3 night stay, but didn’t because of the hassle. HUGE mistake. I’ve never had to call corporate on a company before this stay.

NillGreta at your front desk is AMAZING!!! I have 5 rooms and she made check-in so smooth! (I’ve never had a front desk person make me feel so “at home”!) As a Titanium Member… THIS is the type of service which makes me come to Marriott every time! I’m voting for her for Manager!
