Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel

The room was very accommodating with excellent beds and great sheets and pillows.|The adjacent room room was useful and a help for my extra activities contacting friends and family. |My best recommendation is for the restaurant, where we were served breakfast three days and enjoyed the services provided by Pina, the lady welcoming us at the entrance as well as Rosa, the server. These two ladies were excellent and made us feel at home.

The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. Had a nice hot tub/pool area in the basement. Had excellent service from Becky in Asado and Linda in the club lounge. Would definitely stay again the next time I travel through O’hare.

After perusing the surroundings upon arrival, we were headed to a nearby bar, assuming the one inside the hotel itself would be standard. This is our first trip to the Windy City and we wanted a bang! To our surprise, while walking past, we saw a friendly face and our instincts guided us in her direction! I must admit: The best part of our stay was being looked after so well at the R Bar by Rosa Z. A consummate host! Personable and professional in equal measure. Thank you! Muchas Gracias! Cheers!

The Starbucks staff was friendly and provided good recommendations. Hotel is clean and safe. Location to the airport is key. The place es very nice and clean, the guys in front were very kind and help full and they definitely took care of us with our drinks

Parking is kind of expensive, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the layout of the entire suite suited our needs. The water pressure was phenomenal in the shower. There is a full Starbucks and restaurant inside. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in town

I stayed here for a night after a flight into O'Hare. Hotel offers a free shuttle, but I chose to take the blue line for ease. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. I was very impressed with this hotel. Large, attractive reception area, a nice bar, a Starbucks, and very friendly staff. It also has a gym with 4 treadmills, some elliptical machines (I think) and free weight. On top of this, there is a pool. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere close to the airport or just outside of the city.

Manny A in the restaurant was lovely and really looked after us. Room was very spacious and well kept. Lots of nice touches and friendly service from all staff, from check in to the bar and restaurant to the cleaning staff. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Becky was really nice to me and very attentive to my needs. Great service and food, but the service was better than other restaurants I’ve been too. Will come back for Becky’s service especially. Best server I had this weekend. Came to get a quick meal and it was quick and great.
