★★★Following my standard review format, including points categorized into the "good", the "bad", and the "ugly" (when there are relevant points to each category), after a quick summary, this is what I have to say...||Summary: no major concerns, standard quality and service, with spacious rooms and ample meeting amenities. Will fit your need if you are bringing together a group of people from all over the country for a brief meeting, where you save time and money by not having to leave the airport or you have to spend a night due to missed flight or other reason while connecting at O'Hare.||The "good":|1. The hotel is easily accessible from the terminal - no need to take a shuttle or other form of transportation - I enjoyed simply walking from the gate where we arrived.|2. One of the best parts is the size and functionality of the room. Plenty of space (I need space for some exercises as soon as I wake up in the morning), ample charging ports/outlets, desktop area for work.|3. I did not get to pay the bill, but the organizer probably would not have picked this hotel if it was excessive, so I assume it is a good price (but take this guesstimate with a grain of salt I can't back this part up).||The "bad":|1. The bathtub did not drain well, leaving the marks shown on the attached photo, as it slowly drained. Besides the inconvenience of having to stand in non-draining dirty water while you shower, being exposed to this dirty sight for the rest of the day is not cool.|2. It is more funny than bad, but the card on my 2nd photo was waiting for (not) me in the room. Obviously it was left there by the previous guest, who did not bother to open/take it + the cleaning crew missed it as well, no real harm there, just a small touch (or lack of it) that's worth mentioning. (To be clear, my name is not the one that's on this envelope).

★★Let’s start with the good. The hotel is conveniently located for ORD, front desk is kind, and the bed is comfortable. That’s where the joy ends. The room is incredibly dated and for the price? A complete joke. Atmosphere feels like the local motel. Shower was unpleasant, water spewing in every direction from the faucet & shower head and never drains properly. Neither does the sink. Hot in the room? Too bad, if they’re running heat in the building it’s what you get end of story. This is the typical Hilton experience now, dated, overpriced, & disappointing in almost every way. They’ve had so long to renovate the rooms and just choose not to. Avoid this hotel, stay literally anywhere else. If it’s a last minute grab, it’ll do. Otherwise do yourself a favor and get your moneys worth elsewhere!

NillI received an email that thanks to my diamond status I would be upgraded but I did not receive any upgrade-not even a view. They did allow me an early check in, so that was positive. Room was nothing special. Bathroom tiny. Food and service in bar/restaurant was terrible. The location of this hotel is the only reason to stay here.

★★★★Had to stay over to catch a connecting flight the next morning so it was a short visit. That said the checkin was very efficient, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is old but it's 8min walk (indoors) to terminal 3 which is priceless especially when its -11 degree's outside. The reason for the 4 stars is there was a loose wire under the bed which made the lights flicker on and of when you sat on the bed.

★★★★★Professional, accommodating and very nice staff at front desk! The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Nice area off of lobby for bringing in food and drinks and just relaxing. Shuttle was perfect in every way. We will be back again next time we fly out of O’Hare!

NillHotel located in Terminal 2. Location is the best when trying to catch an early morning flight. That being said, the hotel itself is pretty outdated. Mobile key available so check in is seamless, but the old feeling of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

★★★★★Stay here regularly as an airline pilot. Highly recommend. Great hotel, food, and OUTSTANDING gym. Staff are always great as well. Can be a little pricey, but worth it if you have a late/early flight. You walk to every terminal in about 5 minutes.

★★★★★Flight was cancelled. This hotel is right across the street from airport or there is a tunnel connecting the hotel to airport. It was so convenient to get here. Check in was really easy. We could have gotten in our room early for $25. We opted to go to restaurant Andiamos and have lunch and then check in. The food at the restaurant was amazing. We had pizza and salad. The room was on 5th floor. Not a great view but super quiet considering how close airport was. We had trouble with the air not working and they had someone come up and fix it within 10 min. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had great pressure. |The hidden gem of the hotel is the Gaslight speakeasy. It is a 1920s themed restaurant. The decor is so well done. Walking in transports you to another time. There was a really talented piano player playing ragtime music. The food and drinks were wonderful. It was such a nice surprise to be able to enjoy our dinner in such a relaxing way after a very stressful day.
