NillI had an overnight stay on Sunday 03/09/25, check in was nice and smooth and the agent who checked me in was nice. The problem came when I got up in the morning to take a shower there was mold along the edges of the shower, to make sure I’m not crazy I took a white towel and wiped the spot where I saw the mold and It wiped right up. I was disgusted and disappointed at this point. Once I got dressed I went to check out and spoke to the front desk agent, i told him what happened said ok is this your number on file? We’ll contact you, no apology nor any sympathy. I worked for a major Hotel in Downtown Chicago for 6 years and I know that an apology and being sympathetic goes a long way. Housekeeping need to make sure they’re thoroughly cleaning the showers before someone gets sick.

★★The hotel was nice when you walked in same as our room but there was no air vent in the bathroom. I’m positive there is black mold or some type of mold in the room because my sinuses went crazy. There was also hand prints on our bathroom door when we walked in. I thought the attendants would notice the next day when we left but they didn’t clean it. The sheets are like hard plastic. The staff was nice but the hotel itself was not really worth what we paid. It smelled like dirty feet in the hallway often.

NillVery nice staff. Very helpful. Clean place. Connects to McCormick Ctr without having to go outside. Many other things are close by. “My room” didn’t have any drawers at all for clothes. That might be the only thing I think I wish I had. But it was a good stay.

Nillexactly as advertised. It was a wonderfully comfortable king size room with all of the amenities of a suite. And on top of it, it was clearly either a newly constructed hotel or very recently renovated. There was a wonderful kitchenette with plenty of countertop space. it had all of your standard utensils. There was a nice sizable bathroom and a desk to work. The best part was that this was practically located near downtown Chicago and it was priced near $100 a night. The value truly cannot be beat. There was free breakfast in the morning and it was tremendous. I live in the neighborhood and certainly will be recommending this hotel to all of my visitors.

★★★★★I would like to send a shot out to Ms. Cathy in the breakfast area. It feels good to have someone handling your food that you feel comfortable with. That's how I felt about Ms. Cathy. She has a warm smile and the best energy. It was a joy meeting her

NillGreat place to stay if you have a function at McCormick Place. Only a block around the corner. Just about all the venues are connected by skybridges for comfort and convenience. Centrally located to so many great restaurants. Chinatown is less than a mile away. Top notch professional staff who make you feel very welcome. Mario and Juan made my stay quite memorable. Stay here if you have something going on in the South Loop area in Chicago.

NillThis is the first hotel that I've stayed at in years that didn't smell like weed! Very clean property. Breakfast is solid and well maintained. The enclosed skybridge directly to McCormick was awesome in the winter cold. Nice and quiet too.

NillThe manager at this hotel named Laura is so rude!!!! Talking to her about them taking money from my card 6 months before my reservation was so frustrating! She wouldn’t listen and spoke over me. I had a booking that no payment was required until arrival but apparently for the month of July they don’t honor that but this is not indicated when you book! It was interestingly enough after I had cancelled a room in February due to my event being cancelled. They begrudgingly agreed after lengthy conversations to not charge the first night. It was still 2 1/2 weeks out! The amount charged 6 months early for the July date ironically was close to the cost of the February reservation. I still can’t believe the way this manager spoke to me!!! What happened to customer service?! I let a lot go but this was completely ridiculous! She was so busy making excuses for not updating their booking page about different rules in july! This is odd because I’ve stayed in hotels all over the nation in July without this ever being an issue and this includes Chicago!! This just seems odd! So I unexpectedly had a large amount of money held from my bank account. She had zero concern or understanding and wouldn’t even listen! It’s sad I had such horrible service without even staying! I will likely never stay at a Hilton hotel now! Do better! I travel a lot and this was simply unacceptable! No’Matter how nice the hotel how you treat customers still matters!
