NillI had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my extended stay comfortable and stress-free. Check-in and re-check-in were a breeze, and the price was unbeatable compared to other places in the area. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-appointed, providing a perfect space to relax. The location is ideal if you're downtown, right in the heart of everything. Plus, there's a wonderful restaurant downstairs that offers a five-star dining experience. Overall, the hotel exudes class in every aspect, from the staff to the amenities. My wife and I had a truly pleasant stay, and we're grateful for the great service. Thank you for making our time here so enjoyable!

NillI am writing this review because the hospitality attendant, Gus, treated us very well as guests. We brought concerns about our stay and Gus fixed them immediately! I will definitely recommend this hotel it has great views and located right in the middle of downtown which was amazing!

★One of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. Deserves a 1 star rating. Very basic hotel accommodations (think hostel). Only 1 working elevator the entire stay. We had to carry our bags up and down 14 flights of stairs. No doorman or assistance available. Very nice front desk staff but other housekeeping staff would not engage at all. Bed was comfortable. Room was so small and difficult to walk through. Perfect location by Mag Mile but anticipate being awake all night from the sounds of sirens due to the proximity to the hospital. Would not recommend. Reviews and ratings are very deceiving.

NillHotel Saint Clair’s prices are nice but many things do add to the price to your stay. There isn’t any onsite parking, so if you drove there you either have to find expensive overnight parking away from the hotel or the $72 valet in and out parking. It’s kind of a smack in your face when across the street a chain hotel is doing $65. A lot of staff were on their cell phone and didn’t seem to want to be there. There were two very helpful ladies and one I believe parking manager, but other than that hospitality was not there at all. I used to work for one of the largest hotel chains and to see how unprofessional and mean the head of cleaning crew was it made my stay overall nothing notable. I got a two queen bed room and overall really clean but quite small so if you have a large family I’d opt for another room type. There’s only two elevators which you can’t help but makes going up to your room or down a 5 to 10 min trip. Overall the stay wasn’t horrible but the atmosphere didn’t seem inviting and memorable.

NillLocation was perfect! Very close to the Riverwalk, Starbucks Reserve, restaurants and shops. Check in and check out was excellent. Baggage storage available. The food at the restaurant was very good. The only negative thing I have say is about employee Chris, very bad mood to help and his vibe was completely off. I hope Alice helps him to deliver a better customer service. Thank you for everything else!

NillWell I got what I paid for at least. It is a reasonably priced hotel with an excellent location. Everything else is pretty lacking. Pros: Location, cost, coffee shop Cons: Small rooms/bathrooms, two very small elevators, inconsistent water pressure and temperature, and loud heat/ac units. Definitely believe the reviews here. It’s a decent place to stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends or family. If I were on a tight budget, I might stay here again.

NillThe lobby and location is 4 star, the rooms and amenities are more 3 star. The restaurant and coffee bar lend to that 4-star experience. It's in a really nice spot and literally less than a block from the magnificent mile, and two blocks from the Starbucks Reserve. The rooms are decent and ours was clean, just a little small. Parking was a bit of a nightmare for a larger vehicle, there's a parking garage across the street for the Saint Clair, I recommend checking out parking apps and using that for the best deals. Without the apps or talking to hotel staff, you could be paying $58 without in/out privileges per night. Honestly super affordable and a great stay for the location.

NillFront desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. Whether it was allowing us to check in early, helping us out at 4 am, or assisting us when we needed a room for another night because our flights got cancelled, they were all happy to help. Big shout out to the girl with the nose piercing, and dark hair. And to the guy who works the over night shift. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean, perfect for our trip.
