Nobu Hotel Chicago

Nobu Hotel Chicago was the most amazing experience! Front the moment we arrived we felt taken care of and could tell how much the staff pay attention to every detail. The hotel is peaceful and beautiful! Shoutout to Hendrik the Manager for making our stay so special. We also had happy hour at the Nobu restaurant and Emily was so kind and attentive. Aldo made the stay great as well. The hotel is perfectly situated in the west loop with all the best restaurants, shopping and bars. Overall, this hotel has top notch staff, amenities, food and energy! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time with my sweetie at Nobu Hotel! The rooms are incredibly sexy, stylish, and perfect for a romantic escape. Every detail feels luxurious. My wife and I visited Nobu on a whim to get a mini staycation away from our lovely children. The experience was wonderful service from too top to bottom. Chataun at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful during our stay. We loved the pool and the whole vibe of this hotel and it was a nice departure from our normal "staycation" destinations in River North. The West Loop is full of energy and Nobu is right in the center of everything. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing modern hotel with beautiful spacious rooms. I loved that they have gym, pool and steam room. |Chataun was so nice and helped with everything I needed. |People at restaurant were amazing and so friendly, especially Taylor and Bishop. Food was delicious.|I loved that the rooms had Dayson hair styler and T3 hair straightener. |Definitely will be back when in Chicago.

My fiancee and I stayed here on October 28th hotel was great. Very beautiful property with an amazing view. We went also went the roof top bar which was nice. We left some brand new items in the room hanging in the closet, called back a day later and no one knew where it was. The only people that would've been in there is house keeping, or the guest if they rented the room. They try to convince me after calling multiple times they had no way to investigate. Like they didn't have cameras in the elevator and hallway. We spent over $1000 in a day on this property so I really expected more from them. I would want to know which employee is stealing from my customers.

We were freezing by the time we reached the hotel, but we were warmly welcomed with hot towels and tea. Every time we returned, the front desk— I don’t know how they did it—made us feel as if we were coming home. It was the first time we had such an experience, despite all our travels. Our room was spotless— the housekeeping team, you are amazing! Thank you for your attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. We highly recommend it!

This is by far the best place you can stay in Chicago. The hotel is perfectly located in West Loop next to some of the best restaurants in the city and the staff is fantastic. They use top products for their amenities and their rooms are gorgeous.||The front office staff is extremely attentive and kind. Special shout out to Hendrik, Anthony, Ana, Gino, James, and Aldo for making us feel at home every time we came through the door. ||One of the bartenders, Nina, made me and my friends feel so special for my birthday by sending us drinks and a birthday dessert.||If you are staying in Chicago, this is where you should stay!!

The service was top notch! The building itself is stunning and clean. Gino was there to help us from start to finish, and went above and beyond. We will absolutely be staying again! Beautiful views, clean spacious hotel rooms, with a friendly and prompt staff!
