Shout out to Ms. Betty for making my stay awesome! I arrived early (business trip) and she was able to get me checked in without a problem. Amazing staff, plus they had a sweet lady baking cookies for people in the morning. How sweet!? Ms. Betty also was there checking me out of the hotel, and again, awesome service. Very friendly hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Lady at the desk got mad when I called the front desk phone since nobody was there to greet me in person. She was extremely snippy and refused to give the price listed on the Hampton Inn website. I get people have bad days, but that is no excuse for being short and crass with a customer paying $200/night for this avgerage quality hotel. I will never use this company’s hotels again.

This hotel is super clean! Great staff. Owners need to fix the hot tub heater & the fire pit on the patio, and cover the patio so the fabulous furniture can be used all seasons. Then it would be absolutely perfect. We were in town, again, to go to the autoban track and this hotel is one of the good ones that could be great

Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, pool was great, and the buffet was very good for the price. Will definitely stay there again!

Easy to get to Staff is great The only drawback is so close to the interstate so you hear the traffic all night but for most people that probably won't matter.

There is a lot of road noise in the rooms next to the interstate, so if you are a light sleeper you will need a room on the opposite side of the building. Our room was fresh and clean. This looks like an old property that was nicely remodeled in the recent past. No problems. We would stay there again.

A blind dog could do a better job setting up this tv. it is impossible to get your own roku or whatver connected to the hdmi because they set it up so you cant get to it. Also the remote has a fun feature were when you set it down it turns off the tv. TVs have been an understood easy to use device for 20 years now, how mess this up, are you okay?
