NillShannon, Amber and Aliyah are great at the front desk. I have stayed here for some time now and are always welcoming and are wonderful. They take care of the problem if there is any. They have accommodated anything I've asked. Coffee 24/7 and the cleaning ladies are just as great. I'd like to thank everyone at Alpine inn for just great service in my time of need. Overall a great experience. Scott the general manager also is very nice and overall understanding. So Thank you and great job!

NillShannon has been nothing but a kind caring pleasure to assist me while my stay at this establishment. Giving excellent information about the area as well as providing a professional opinion regarding surrounding restaurants and activities. Rooms are very clean, furniture may be a little outdated. Pet friendly but with deposit per pet. Will definitely stay again.

★★★★★It's a very basic hotel room and in that was the brilliance. It was comfy. More than enough room and quiet. It had a musty lurking smell but was beautifully clean. Clean sheets and pillows lofted us to sleep. It's a 100/10. A budget getaway that is worth every penny by a mile.

NillHere is what happened… We come to the desk and get our card and room number. It was a smooth interaction, and the lady at the desk was so kind. We were on this big road trip so all we needed was a place to rest at the end of the day. But as I stepped through the door my nostrils were greeted by the jarring smell of a men’s urinal at the end of a Saturday night. The initial stench cleared as you walked into the room, but that’s only because it was replaced by the cigarette smoke that lingered from previous tenants. Mind you, this room was marked non smoking. We lingered deciding what to do, but the headache that came with it drove us back to the kind lady at the front desk. Super understanding and empathetic was a perfect way to describe her. They offered another room which we were happy to accept. We walk in and felt like we could breathe again. The summer heat had us gravitate to the air conditioning unit, and a familiar smell came back to haunt us. It’s as if someone marked their territory like a dog, we ran it for some time thinking it would clear out, but the pee smell didn’t leave. So we did. A third time we headed back and thought it was the end of our stay, but the front desk had us move once again, and this time it was a perfect room. We were listened to so well. The front desk is very accommodating and understanding and we appreciated their service. It saved our stay.

NillI have been staying at the Alpine inn for a few months now. I've actually enjoyed my time here. I'm happy to say that it's quiet it down comparatively to what it used to be. I have to say that most if not all the staff do a wonderful job. But ,there's one young lady that stands out amongst the rest . her name is Aleigha. I've had the occasion to work in the customer service field for many years. And seldom have I seen someone with the customer service skills of this young lady. She's very personable while being professional. If a problem arises she's there an instant if you need someone to chit chat with she can do that too. I truly hope someone in management reads this review and give her a pat on the back let her know she's doing a great job and treat her to something special.
