NillIt's a partially/mostly remodeled old conference center style holiday inn. My only real complaint was the water pressure and glow rate on floor 3 was very low. I had to shower under what felt like a slow drip. Overall it was ok, but bathrooms are what make it break my hotel stays.

★★★★★Positive: price Negative: very noisy area where our room was. Near the pool and exercise room. I could hear loud banging early in the morning 2/9/25. A lot of foot traffic as well. Hotel didn't seem crowded so not sure why they put us in a room in a noisy area of the hotel.

NillThe housekeeping staff are inconsiderate!!! They go in/out of rooms while cleaning letting the doors bang against the locking arm that keep the door from closing all the way. Maybe just prop the door open. Imagine that for several hours as you try to work from your room. Or, what if I had a baby that was sleeping or I was ill or had a migraine. They had no regard for any guests that might've been in their room on that hallway. The rooms are dark and dated, but overall, they are fine. Might be time to invest in new mattresses and pillows, though. The business center was lacking, staff was not able to help or troubleshoot printer issues, however, I did convince them to make some copies for me if I emailed them to them.

★★This hotel is no where near Mississippi River. At least 5 miles away. Windows were very dirty with spider webs everywhere. Sheets looked dingy and couldn’t tell if they had been slept on or not. Breakfast monitor watched like a hawk. Very uncomfortable.

★★★★★Positive: The staff and cleanliness. Negative: The bed mattresses are seriously straight out of China for $39. Our camping air mattress is 10x more comfortable.

NillThe location wasn't bad being just south of town. Service was fine. Room wasn't very clean. Floors had not been vacuumed properly lots of visible and bits of trash could be felt when walking. Couch wasn't vacuumed off. Food or something on the walls and bathroom door. Lots of missing grout and loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Microwave was dirty inside. We encountered a few different spiders in our room throughout the stay. For the price it was a bit much. Noise level of other guests was unpleasant. Some maintenance and updated need done in the rooms but common areas were nice. Didn't use the pool or go to breakfast as it was quite busy.

NillThe rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when we needed help. There were a couple of lights with blown bulbs. We called the front desk. Maintenance was there in less than 15 minutes and took care of it for us. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the mini omelets. The automatic pancake machine was fun, although the pancakes it made were flat and tough. The breakfast attendant kept everything filled and clean. She even came around and asked if we needed anything else. It was a nice stay. We will be back next time we are in town.

★Positive: Location Negative: My MacBook Pro disappeared from my room. I suspect one of the housekeepers took it. They didn?t believe me or take me seriously when I called to report it, however, on find my iPhone, it got disabled in Burlington, so I know it was taken. Room was dated
