NillThe staff is nice. The room seemed nice. Their TV service was down , and i didn't care as I was in town to visit family. Then I found the shower grout had mold, and the breakfast was flavorless, but then there is the biggest issue the cleaning crew didn't clean the bathroom very well leaving a used condom on the floor and the box and wrapper in the garbage can for my teeage daughter to find.

NillStopped here traveling between Minnesota and Ohio. LOVED the charm and elegance that reminded us of fancy hotels from our past! We plan to make this our new overnight stop on our route! Rooms are clean, comfy, and nicely appointed. Hotel lobby is of classic elegance. So glad we found it!

NillBooked a room for my child's birthday. Couldn't get a hold of the hotel even after calling 4 different numbers given to me by the reservation desk. We got a great deal and want it primarily for swimming. The pool was freezing cold, with slipping hazards and no anti slip stickers anywhere. One plus was a chair lift for those with disabilities but without the anti slip guard, that is a hazard too. We were put in an area with, possibly 4/5 parents and children. They were loud, yelling, slamming doors, and running the halls. The front desk did nothing. The place looks great even before the proposed construction is coming up. But I'll definitely be going elsewhere.

NillThe dining area downstairs is beautiful. So I really expected great rooms!! There was no refrigerator or microwave. So disappointing! The bathroom's is extremely small. I think they need to do some work on the rooms. Mom

NillStayed there Saturday Feb 22. Gave a 5 star due to the customer service. Check in lady was very friendly. What stood out was the service at breakfast. The lady went out of her way to help our family which consisted of several kids under 5. Sorry I didn't get any names. The guy was very friendly also.

NillHotel was huge and older but we found it clean and welcoming. Air worked quite well. Breakfast was good but lacked in choices. Pancakes and bacon were above average for motel breakfast. Overall good for a less expensive option!

NillWe run a convention in this hotel for years. This year they got a new owner. Now the service that was great before is sub par and owner is being difficult about things we have done before with no issue. We were informed very last minute of no on-site food except breakfast which put us in a bind to find things for our attendees. While established staff who knew us were nice, newer staff were rude to multiple convention attendees.

NillThis once-grand establishment has unfortunately fallen into disrepair. The hotel appears to have missed several rounds of necessary renovations, with signs of neglect evident throughout. From peeling paint to worn carpets, malfunctioning elevators to outdated furnishings, the property shows its age at every turn. The guest rooms are particularly disappointing, with beds, showers, and sinks all in need of replacement or significant refurbishment. Even the windows fail to impress. The public areas fare no better - the bathrooms near the elevators were in an alarming state, with unsanitary conditions and visible damage to the facilities. The hotel's interior walls bear the scars of countless room service cart collisions, further contributing to the overall sense of decay. It's truly unfortunate to see a property with potential in such a state. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, featuring reconstituted eggs and questionable sausage. While the bacon stood out as a bright spot, it was disappointing to find that juice incurred an additional charge. In summary, this Radisson seems to be a shadow of its former self, in desperate need of a comprehensive overhaul to regain its competitive edge in the Cedar Rapids hospitality market.
