NillRooms were clean with everything we needed, hot water & pressure was good for showers, a good citrus smelling soap/shampoo, plenty of towels, front desk helpful & kind. Beds comfortable, loved the sheets and top blanket. Air control in room was good controlled by wall thermostat. Breakfast was hot and good, they kept it full as guests ate. Everything was clean, an excellent stay! Will return when back in the area.

★★★★★Great place to stay for the Walnut Valley Festival 9 miles away. We have stayed here for several years now and hotel folks here are great. Of the hotels in the immediate area, this one is hands down the best.||Pool, plenty of parking, breakfast, and a quiet environment make this hotel a great place to stay.

NillBest place to stay in town. Great, convenient location, very friendly and professional staff and super clean rooms. Bonus points for having a decent fitness room. I stay here every time I'm in town for work.

NillDo not stay at this Best Western if you don’t have to. Ive stayed here off and on since the end of August because of work and it’s close to the job site. Going forward I will drive another 45 min to Ponca City to stay. This hotel has hot water and water pressure issues. My most recent stay I grabbed a hand towel that had been hung up by housekeeping and it had dark makeup all over it. Absolutely appalled. I feel it is priced a too high for a Best Weatern “Plus” and what I’ve experienced. Has the potential to be a nice hotel for its location.

NillThis was my first stay at this Best Western. It is located between Winfield and Arkansas City, Ks. The pricing is a little steep, considering it's in the middle of "no man's land." The facility is well maintained but needs to have regular maintenance checks. I booked and paid through priceline. The check-in was easy. Tristan was amazing! He was professional, polite, and helpful. Offering his assistance for whatever we needed. Kim and Marvin were awesome and helpful as well. All of the employees I encountered were very polite, professional, and great ambassadors for this hotel. The housekeeping staff were busy and helpful. We only got fresh towels daily. We saved the room cleaning until we checked out. This was by choice! had a double queen, accessible suite. Our room was nice and clean upon check-in and no odors. Although, it was very noisy at night! I couldn't tell if it was the air conditioning unit or airplanes. The hotel isn't too far from Strother Field. I also could hear those lodging above me. But you can't help it when people don't give their kids a bedtime. Thank goodness we are sound sleepers. The beds were comfortable, with big fluffy pillows. The towels were bigger and softer than most 3-4 star hotels. The sofa sleeper was used 1 night, and the mattress needs replacing. However, this isn't the first hotel sofa sleeper I've encountered, with a worn mattress needing replaced. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The food was good, very hot, fresh, and offered various options. The dining room attendant, Rodolpho, was kind, polite, professional, and really took pride in his job. He kept the counters clean and well stocked. When something got low, he restocked it quickly. The coffee machine was out of some of its choices. But there were other options available. You still have your traditional coffee all day. The pool is small. I saw a sign posted, limiting the attendance in this area to 7. But it was a clean pool and deck with stocked towels. The gym was your basic hotel gym. The stationary bicycle had a broken seat, being held on by a zip tie. The other weight machine and treadmill are what you expect to find in your average hotel gym. It had a TV, was clean, and did have disinfectant wipes to keep machines sanitary. We enjoyed our stay as the rest of my family did also. They were able to sit in the lobby, play cards, visit, and truly enjoy themselves. The icing on this cake are the fresh cookies in the afternoon. Oh my goodness! Thanks, BW Patterson Pkwy, for helping make our Family Reunion weekend great.
