Holly Tree Resort

The resort was amazing with indoor pool and hottub, basketball, and cornhole all indoors. The room was very comforting and spacious for our family. Taking all this and the cost of our stay, we will definitely return for travels and stays!

First off, this IS NOT a resort, don’t be fooled. |Resorts have cleaning services and staff you can actually see. We were here for three days and saw front desk staff twice. The front lobby was always empty, |You have to make your own beds and clean your own room? I know the pandemic suspended a lot of cleaning services, but this is five years later, folks. Get with the program! We were told we’d have to bring our bedclothes down to the lobby and exchange them for clean ones and make the bed ourselves! For real! |No elevator, either, yes, it’s only two stories, but when you have multiple large, heavy bags to lug it’s not very convenient, AT ALL. |There’s no restaurant on site. The only thing you can get complimentary is luke-warm weak coffee with that powdered fake creamer. |The bathrooms are very small.|Also, the door jams aren’t sealed, and light from the hallway seeps into the room through that door jamb crack, which is annoying when you’re trying to sleep. |We had a deluxe room with a separate living/kitchenette area, and the door latch and lock on the bedroom door were broken, so we had to sleep with the door slightly ajar. And the room had a faint musty smell. |Holly Tree is convenient to multiple Cape attractions and beaches, and the pool area is clean. That’s the only reason itwas given two stars instead of one.

I had an amazing experience at the holly tree resort. Chris was the gentleman who checked us in and out and he was amazing. The pools and rooms were very clean. For the price, this place is unbeatable and in a great location. The only downsides in my opinion are that the hallways had a slight smell to them like the carpet was a bit old, and that the toilet in the restroom was very close to the wall and not easy to use if you’re big or tall. Overall 9/10 would recommend!

Price to value unbeatable! Amazing location - the strip and awesome beach within minutes, yet far enough that it was still quiet. Staff was friendly, awesome indoor and outdoor pools, and a hot tub that was actually hot with strong jets!

We stayed there for a week in July 2024. We were very pleased with the room. We had a one bedroom. The front desk was extremely friendly and informative in the room actually looked like the pictures I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Nice quiet and quaint resort. Lacks kitchen (only microwave, mini fridge and sink). Room is clean but dated decor.

Positive: "" Negative: No housekeeping in 7 days. We had to get towels and bathroom tissue at the front desk. The man that checked us in was rude, on more than one occasion. The pool was overcrowded so we never used it. The room was way smaller than what was shown online.

A basic resort with a good location (not views). Many positives - good sized suites, clean and comfortable, exercise and game room, spacious indoor swimming and whirlpool, and unit bathroom also had a spa. The A/C and heating worked well. The resort has been recently renovated and it showed. Staff was helpful and courteous. Though it was quiet around Christmas, the beaches were inviting and shops/restaurants were plentiful within short driving distances. I'd go there again.
