NillWe stayed one night on the way to kick off our 20 year anniversary celebration. Antonia at the front desk greeted us and asked if we were traveling for business or pleasure. We shared about our anniversary. When we checked out less than 15 hours hours later, she greeted me again and remembered it was our anniversary. She rushed to get us a gift. It was so sweet and thoughtful with some candies, a couple mugs and a hand written card. She didn't have to do this at all but it really touched me. We stayed at 6 or 7 other hotels on our celebration. A few others asked why we were traveling. No other staff or hotel went above and beyond to recognize our 20 year wedding anniversary. Way to stand out Antonia! Thank you for making the start to our celebration so special. Hope your company recognizes you for your great service, attention to details, and over kindness to your guests.

NillWe stayed one night and listened to a party in the lobby from 7:30pm until well past midnight. It was so loud that we couldn’t even watch TV, much less sleep. We complained at 10:15pm but the staff did nothing to quiet the group of 25-30 obnoxious, inconsiderate, drunk guests. At 3:30am, my husband yelled down the hallway to a very loud group to “shut up”. Room doors were slammed non-stop until after 4am, then started up again around 6am. Their event planner is an idiot for planning a party in the lobby!! And, the heat/ac unit in each room is right by the bed and is VERY loud. If you stay here, good luck!

NillBeware DO NOT STAY HERE the manager Samantha decided to over charge my card for my stay. We normally pay per week she decided to attempt to charge my card randomly I asked her what are the charges for she responded pay or leave I asked again she responded pay or leave with no explanation. I then had to leave work because I had my receipts fAs a manager she should know how to deal with customers and also the way she spoke to me was very distasteful. I asked to speak with her manager she refused to give me the contact information and also called the cops on me.

NillA Tribute to Our Hotel Heroes To those who greet us with a smile so wide, Who keep the doors open with warmth inside, The ones who clean, who serve, who care, A team so strong, beyond compare. The front desk staff with voices kind, Solving troubles, easing minds. Housekeepers swift, with hands so true, Turning rooms from old to new. Yet through it all, they bear the strain— A breakfast spread that brings disdain. For it’s not their choice, not their say, To cut the good and cheapen the way. Corporate sits in towers high, Pinching pennies, asking why. But here, on-site, with hearts so grand, The staff do all with helping hands. So raise a toast, give thanks today, For those who make our stays okay!

NillThis hotel truly is awesome. The rooms are new, and the staff is excellent. In particular, Seth is extremely helpful and honestly went over and above anything I’d expect to make my stay easy. Seth, thank you so much!!

NillBreakfast started very late, not set up at 0600. Breakfast server talking on phone not setting up anything on time. Hard boiled eggs were rubbery! Waffle dispenser didn’t work. Sausage was almost room temperature. Had to ask if there would be any scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs were horrible microwaved in plastic bag (poisoning patrons either microplastics and bad taste) and didn’t look real. Breakfast server didn’t speak English and could answer any basic requests verbally. She was on her phone most of time. Poor work ethics. Coffee very good 👍 Hotel very nice & clean. Comfortable bed.

NillThe rooms are more than adequate, and front desk personnel were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was not great--many times, it was noted that there was no coffee left or food items, so it was not kept stocked. That's why I took a star off. Otherwise, the location was great. Plenty of parking. Across the street are some small restaurants and a Starbucks. Next door is a Chick-fil-A. Target and Trader Joes are across the main street--just a few blocks away (all walkable depending on weather).

NillWe didn’t have the greatest experience at this hotel. They charge $5.00 to park your vehicle in the empty parking lot. When I asked staff about it, all he could say was that it was something management started making him charge customers about a year ago. No reason given. There were also large groups of teenagers walking back and forth all night from the Quality Inn next door to the lobby of this hotel flashing gang signs.
