Days Inn by Wyndham Duluth Lakewalk

Hotel is older but in decent shape. The bed was comfortable, and the main part of the room was clean. The bathroom definitely needed a bit more upkeep and the shower was showing its age. The bags of dirty towels left overnight in the corridor weren’t a great look. The hotel is a bit removed from the downtown and Canal Park, but a short Uber ride gets you to where you need to go. Service was good.

A bit old, but had everything essential to us. Comfy bed and linens. Great shower pressure. Easy tv. Plenty of room. Couch and chair. Hallway smelled good. Nice week day breakfast. Room service brought needed supplies. Provided us with in-room coffee maker. Great location! BUT sockets were all loose(plugs fell out). No room cleaning for 7 days. No separation between sleeping area and sink area.

The room was small but served the purpose we needed which was a place to lay our heads for an upcoming appt. It was the perfect temperature when we arrived. Guest services was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was likeable for my children's needs.

Rooms were basic but appeared well kept. Nothing fancy. Microwave mini fridge coffee maker. Staff at front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Cleaning staff a bit odd however courteous as well. Shower not great head on it was almost like a pressure washer or a trickle depending on the setting. King bed ok but a bit hard. However I prefer a softer bed. Complimentary hot breakfast not worth the time. Highly recommend taking an e scooter from hotel to downtown. Right off lake walk and about a 9 dollar ride to downtown. Very fun. Lots of late night fast food available close. Scenic lake walk ledges area a few blocks away. Overall 3/5. Any more than 150 a night seems unreasonable.

Great stay...clean, comfy, nice room. Friendly staff. Great value for a relatively low price! |This is our favorite place to stay when we're in Duluth. It's close to the Lakewalk and many of the gorgeous mansions on the hill, and a short distance from downtown and numerous parks.

There's nothing wrong with it as far as a basic place to stay. It's d and shows it. The parking lot is not get convenient and the breakfast will get you fed if you're not picky. The location is nothing special but reasonably close to the main arteries to get around Duluth.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was really small and shower head needed badly descaling, athroonndoor had holes in it. Air-conditioning very noisy and so was the ice machine in the corridor. Breakfast was very basic but OK but you couldn't get a decent tea or coffee as the water out of the water heater/boiler was terrible quality, again, I guess this is a cleaning/scale issue. Hotel was outside of Daluth so not really a walkable area but there were some restaurants nearby and The Ledges were a 5 min walk over the highway bridge to get near the lakeside. Staff were very friendly on check in. I don't think I would use this chain of hotels again.

Positive: "" Negative: The price was way out of line for what we got. The beds were not comfortable. The shower was not good. We had to switch rooms due to the first one having issues with the bathtub. We walked in the first room and there were bags of garbage in the room.
