My family &I enjoy coming to this hotel. It feels like home away from home! The staff are warm and friendly. They take care of all our needs!😘 We love the pool area ! 😍 The only thing missing was more drawer space for putting your clothes in as we stay there for many days. Keep up the excellent work! 👏 👍 👌 💪 🙌 😀

We stayed here 12/20-12/22 for a youth hockey tournament. Beyond pleased with the service at the hotel, front desk staff were amazing and very pleasant. The breakfast was your traditional hot continental breakfast with cinnamon roll waffles which I highly recommend. They also ran a free shuttle to and from Bentleyville which was awesome! Kids enjoyed the pool, nice meeting area and a lobby bar. The location is perfect, right off 35W, close enough to all attractions and easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Room was wonderful, breakfast is legit a real breakfast. Service was wonderful as well, very friendly. Pool and hot tub. For the money, great value.

Rooms were nice and roomy, and very clean. The pool was large, lots of tables! They had a nice hot tub and sauna as well. Breakfast was quite tasty, for hotel breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful when needed!

I stayed there because it had a pool. Only to find out that some guests invited 10 of their family members who weren't staying there to swim too. They were drunk, swearing and not watching their kids. They broke every rule on the wall. It made it unsafe for my granddaughter to swim. There were little babies with nonswim diapers in the pool and hot tub. When I complained to the front desk, they said there was nothing the could do. I won't stay there again. I'll get a hotel with no pool next time and pay to swim at the YMCA. At least the enforce pool safety.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and priced great. Close to stuff, had a shuttle to bring us to see the lights both ways. Breakfast selections were plentiful. Heard few noises with all the kids there for hockey I was nervous but not an issue. I would stay there again 100%. Staff was helpful and kind.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was well-stocked and great, location was very convenient, and kids loved the pool. Also, our hotel room faced 35 but we never heard it. No complaints whatsoever, will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Duluth!

Alright, I am going to be honest and also try my best to be as respectful as possible. Positive Side My Wife and I loved our experience and we were happy to have stayed at this place. From the moment we walked in, the lobby was massive, and we were taking back on how welcoming it felt for us. Checking in with the front desk was a breeze, and all of the staff was helpful from morning to night during our entire stay. They had amazing free cookies that were kinda like a cookie dough texture. I would say that my wife and I enjoyed them. Our room was nice, everything went well and no problems, from the bed, floor, walls and even the shower everything was nice and it was just out of this world. We went sightseeing for a bit, but before we left our room, we talked with housekeeping for a bit. We asked them how their day was, etc., and we also thanked them for their hard work. The sightseeing was nice; we went downtown to the Lakewalk and stuff. The Parking lot had a lot of lighting from the light poles which is good because it helped find a parking space much easier at night. There was an entry and exit sign in the parking lot, which was good so that people knew where to go. When it came time to check out it was nice and fast and was an overall amazing experience. Negative Side A couple of the things that we saw that were kinda bad were the parking lot and the lobby door. The parking lot did look a bit run down because when we entered, I felt my vehicle hit a couple of big bumps and a couple of potholes. Just try to get that parking lot fixed if possible. The lobby door looked small and It felt a little slow in response when trying to enter the lobby. I had to stop completely when I wanted to enter or exit it. When I used a cart to get our luggage I remember the door almost didn't fit the size of the cart. I had to look to my left and right to make sure that it was able to go through the door. If possible please check on the sensors for the lobby doors so that it feels faster for customers instead of having them come to a complete stop just so that the doors can open maybe try to add a second door to the lobby or make the doors bigger because my wife and I had to take turns because it could only fit one of us in at a time. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay; I will give this review 5 Stars!!
