Holiday Inn Express Billings East, an IHG Hotel

This is definitely the best place to stay in Billings ,Montana. The Manager and staff made my stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast was awesome. There was someone constantly cleaning and managing the huge dining area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lite. The heating system was quiet also. The place is easy to access and exit along side Interstate 94. Its also located nest to several gas stations and a Berger King.

The staff made me fell welcomed and that they wanted me to come back. The desk chair in my room was not working properly. Within minutes they brought me a brand new chair. The bathroom (specifically the tub/shower) was CLEAN. So many hotels, at all prices, fall short in this area. These guys did it well. If found everyone; housekeeping, maintenance, the front desk, and cook all to be kind, friendly, and helpful. Also one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of items to pick from. All in all, a better than average experience.

I must say that this location is very suitable for traveling families as well as business travelers and military personnel. I stayed at the location for several weeks and the staff was outstanding and very accommodating. Very clean environment outstanding house keeping. Again, this property is one of the best kept secrets in Billings area until' now. I hope in future I will be able to stay again at this IHG location It's is very convenient to interstate - -many eateries, shops and attractions within the small City of Billings - - Biggest in Montana. This review was easy to write. This hotel was the highlight of our trip, and we stayed here totally by accident. This hotel was very nice, modern, and extremely clean. Staying in hotels isn't my first rodeo. I know a nice hotel when I see it. This place was immaculately clean. Besides being up to date and very comfortable, we could find absolutely nothing that wasn't perfect.

We were just passing through Billings, MT from Grand Forks, ND to Boise, Idaho and I happened to find this place. It has been years since we have been to one of the Holiday Inn hotels and our stay in Holiday Inn Express (Billings East) did not disappoint! The hotel all around is CLEAN which is very important to me, and it seems like a safe area to stay at. This hotel has good selections of breakfast for everyone. We were able to get a good night sleep at this location and definitely will be back again when we head that way!!!

I feel the holiday inn brand is excellent. This stay the front desk staff didn't seem very happy with there job, it's always possible to catch someone on a bad day or moment. When we checked into our room I found swim trunks hanging on the wall, from the previous guest and a long black hair on the wall beside the shower. Then my wife used the toilet and it was plugged and over flowed. It made me feel suspect as to how clean the room was. Otherwise our stay was great. The location and amenities were excellent.

Enjoyed this stay. Staff was super helpful and quick to get us to our room and getting us some extra bedding for the pullout. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel stay. Good variety of food and staff was helpful, funny and had great ideas of things to do around Billings.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and efficient, the rooms were comfortable and relaxing, the shower/showerhead were stellar! There is nothing more disappointing than paying top dollar for a good hotel room and the shower has a $5 shower head that barely functions. Thanks for choosing something better!
