NillThis was HANDS DOWN the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. As regular travelers and someone who had been on the road at the point of this stay for 7 nights across the country in different hotels I was so pleasantly surprised. This had become our favorite hotel to stay at because of the layout of the rooms and the well thought out design. The storage space, kitchenette area and sitting area are superior to any other hotel we have stayed at. But to have such excellent housekeeping on top of it was the cherry on top. The housekeeping staff needs to be commended because too many these days don’t care or are understaffed and can’t keep up. Highly recommend this hotel. I only docked one star because it was not right off the interstate and the parking lot isn’t the biggest so we struggled to find a spot to park with a bigger rig. Otherwise it was a total 5 star experience.

★★★★★After a very long day on the road we made it to Billings. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. There is an Albertsons grocery store on one side and a KFC on the other. Apparently there is a hospital close by. We did move our car from facing the side street it just didn't feel right. Breakfast was very good. The hot items were prepared and had to be microwaved. We loved the yogurt bar. Good yogurt with lots of fixings. It was Saturday night and if there was a negative apparently the street in front of the hotel was a drag strip. Not the hotels fault. We would stay here again if we're back in Billings

NillWe stayed here for our first two nights of a vacation in MT, WY, and ID. The room was very spacious and my wife loved the small, but convenient, kitchen area. I slept like a baby - extremely comfortable bed. The folks at the front desk were exceptionally nice and helpful. There is an Albertsons next door and it is a 5 minute drive from the Billings airport. Billings is actually quite a nice surprise. At the front desk manager's suggestion, we went for an evening walk on the Rimrock bluff overlooking the city. This was the nicest hotel of our trip, and I've since stayed at another Home2Suite property on a trip last week. Hilton really hit the mark on this property (hint: better than their Hampton Inn).

★★★★★This hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was so helpful when my reservation was messed up. They really care about the customer and that's priceless!! The city was beautiful there was so much to do. Great food and drinks everywhere we went. My husband and I are zig zagging across the United States and we will definitely be back to Billings for more fun. And definitely staying here again!

NillService was great, rooms are very clean and comfortable. My biggest downfall is how the homeless are constantly coming up and asking for money. Spent a week here and every day sometimes multiple times a day homeless people would come up to the hotel sitting area out front and ask for money. Seems line the staff would do something to stop that. I don't mind helping out where I can but I can't support the entire homeless population of this side of billings montana and that is what it feels like.

NillMy room got moved from the first floor to the second floor without my knowledge after booking because the person who was staying in the room that I booked decided to extend a night. I get to the second floor and all the plug outlets are loose and my electronics won’t charge. The fridge by the door will barely open because it’s shoved so close to the wall. And whenever I address the issue with the front desk, they just tell me they can talk to the manager in the morning. But that point nothing can be done to resolve the issues I have been staying in hotels for the past week and have not had this issue at any of them to include other Home2 suites. All were Hilton hotels. This is the worst hotel. I have been to in 14 years of travel for work.

NillThis is a great hotel! So great that I don't want to sing their praises too much as it will be tough to book in the future! From the time we checked in (super late) to our departure the next morning, every team member was top-notch, so friendly, thoughtful, and clearly enjoyed their jobs, which was felt by us!! The breakfast buffet is next-level with GF options, plus lots of fresh fruit, a waffle maker, fresh eggs, egg sandwiches, and plenty to drink. We fot fueled for our travel day and felt great thanks to the fresh food and many options, thank you!! We hope to stay here again soon!!

NillI stayed here two separate times. The first time was fine. The second time was rough. The room we were put in had an awful smell of a dog that stayed there prior to us. It was so strong I was getting nauseous despite the fact that I do not have any pet allergies. For the first time in my entire adult life, I asked to change rooms and the staff did relocate us. However, the new room also had a fairly strong dog smell on the bed. I've stayed at many pet-friendly hotels and never had an issue with the smell. The rooms at this hotel are clearly not cleaned adequately enough to be a "pet-friendly" hotel. On top of that, the thermostat and air conditioning barely worked in the new room we were put in. The location is also less than ideal in a loud and somewhat sketchy area, but the hotel does have a security guard 24 hours a day. This is one of the more expensive hotels in area, and quite frankly, not worth it. I'd suggest finding another hotel in Billings.
