NillStayed here for a high school event. Asked if I could pay for another night since I was driving the bus and the kids event didn't end until 9 at night, and I didn't want to spend 9 hours on the bus waiting. The front desk manager was super nice and allowed me to stay in the same room free of charge until I left. Hotel is outdated, but it's clean and in the process of being renovated. Staff is very friendly. Even had someone come out to tell me I could park along side the building to access the outlet to plug my bus in and also came outside to help me if I needed guidance on reversing.

NillThis was once an upscale hotel, as indicated by the glass elevator with beautiful lights on the exterior. The hotel seems to be undergoing updating or remodeling. I had to get a second room at around 10 pm, and when I had no opinion on which of the many options to take, I was put in one with a huge lighted sign blazing unabated into the room all night. The mesh curtains could not block the light. The heater, required in order to make it through the winter eve, squealed if on. I tried calling the front desk--no one answered. I opted for heat, a pillow over my head, and my good ear pressed into the mattress.

★★★★Staff was more than accommodating and appreciated being helped to my room by the gentleman who was working the night shift. The first room was perfect as far as the space however it didn’t have any heat. For the second night they didn’t hesitate to move my room which was warm just smaller. Staff was great!

NillIt does look sketchy from the outside and the inside reminds me of the squid game apartments in the first couple episodes. But I was greeted right away and checked in. The employee wasn’t sure my room was clean so I had to wait about 10 min for a room. There was a coffee cup in the front desk and I saw a cockroach go inside it. This place does need a little update but I only needed a place for one night. The door in my room didn’t seem to close right and the lock looked like it had been through something. I thought the place was smoke free but my room did smell A LITTLE bit like cigarette smoke. I did clean the surfaces just in case. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. One night was enough for me and you get what you pay for. I needed a play to stay quick and that was it. I didn’t stay long enough for breakfast so I can’t speak on that. *pictures taken after checking out

NillI’m on a budget and on a mission to find the cleanest hotels for your money! This one’s it! Excellent continental breakfast The rooms were very clean the air was clean no mold beds were very comfortable We arrived very late and forgot to take pictures of the actual room itself However The selection for the continental breakfast is excellent for people with specific dietary needs The lady at the front desk check in was very friendly and super helpful at 2 AM! They are under remodel don’t let that scare you away! Excellent stay, especially for the price!!!!

NillWe stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were in town from Texas to play football. We had 32 HS age kids plus coaches, and families. The staff was super accommodating, friendly and eager to help in any way. They are renovating and it needs it but it was clean, the beds were comfortable. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. Give it a chance you’ll be pleasantly surprised

NillA classic older hotel that's seen better days but new owners have remodeled half the rooms and the rooms are really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yes the waterfall is dry, the attached casino is vacant and the attached convention center looks abandoned, but all this just adds to the charm. The price was good and the location cannot be beat.

NillI paid for three nights for 2 friends of mine and their pet July 24 to 27, 2024. They were really happy with the front desk folks and the cleaning staff. They also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was also very nice to the pet. I visited for the afternoon one of the days and saw things for myself. Everything looked good to me. I spent many many years traveling for work and I felt good vibes about this hotel.
