Quality Inn Alliance

One of the things I had a complaint about was lowering us from the room I booked. I booked a king size bed and was told the only animal rooms (I had my service animal with us) were double queen beds. The front desk lady was super nice about it, but still. Her being so nice is a huge reason I didn't walk right out the door and go to Holiday Inn. I get that they have to have pet only room, but why does my 6' 10" husband have to suffer when I booked the room we wanted, and got down graded. Secondly, the main reason we booked here was because of the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was down for maintenence. Stuff happens, but a little transparency when booking would have been awesome. $210+ for 2 nights is pretty crappy to pay when I didn't get the bed we wanted, and weren't able to use the hot tub. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall, not a terrible stay, but we will book the hotel down the street on our future trips.

Check in was great. Room was very clean not impressed with rock hard bed or loose toilet seat. Breakfast was sad 1st morning no gravy for biscuits employee brought in a big can didn't warm it up. No eggs no topping for oatmeal a few sausage links and this was 7:30am. Second morning there was gravy a couple sausage links and no chocolate milk and still no toppings for oatmeal. We use to stay here before and it was great but I think next time holiday inn express.

Room was average, service sucked, location was good; had food, gas and some shopping within walking distance. The privacy tag on your door means NOTHING I guess. We left the room with the tag on the door, came back 3 hrs before check out and the door was wide open and I was missing some belongings, but of course nobody took anything while they were making the beds. They shouldn't have been in there at all!!!

Positive: Greeted with a friendly smile. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: Breakfast was ok but could improve.

It’s a really nice hotel, I would have gone full 5 stars, but my room was not fully cleaned, there were quite a few hairs on the bathroom floor. Probably just a freak accident, but that was my experience

No instructions for a very complicated remote/TV system. TV goes off at around 12:30-1:00am NEVER to return. Front desk is CLUELESS!!!! Room smells of old dirt. Globs of who knows what covering up huge holes in the shower. Had to unplug buzzing fridge in order to sleep. Definitely a huge disappointment. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn.

From our KY travels, we finally found a good bed to sleep in!! The breakfast had hot food and plenty choices. Front desk and breakfast attended sweet and helpful. Be sure to stay here while traveling through Alliance.
