Victorian Inn

The room we rented was a very good size and provided a nice living space for 5 guests with conformable beds. There is an included breakfast, but lacked in variety. Also, the bathroom fixtures were ageing. Looking back at our stay, my family and I would definitely go back to the hotel. The nice room, along with the friendly staff and the very reasonable price, created a very pleasurable environment for our one night stay. We would definitely go back if we had the reason.

In town for a wedding and needed a place for a night. Booked over the phone, meeting the online price. Got checked in and into a quiet room on the front side next to the highway. Expected it to be noisy but the vehicle noise was not loud. The overall hotel was quiet, no loud running in the halls, toilets flushing etc. Hot breakfast the next morning was a plus with various items to choose from. Check in and checkout crew were great, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Tried to make sure that the room I have booked was accessible to my grandma who has a hard time walking. Basically just needed to make sure it is within close proximity to an exterior door for loading and unloading purpouses. Spoke with a man who was very rude from the get go. He stated he could not book a room to make sure she was able to access the room with ease because the booked date is in august and he couldnt book until block reservations were taken care of. He then stated that only his manager could do the task at hand. I asked him when his manager would be availible so i could make this happen and he never answered and instead started arguing with me about how he could not do it. Finally after i said i just need to know when your manager will be availible so he can do this he finally said ge accomplished the task at hand. He asked if this is what I wanted, I said yes thank you, and he promptly hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved from any hotel/motel!

Room had some wear and tear but was very clean. Nice TV with lots of channels. Complementary breakfast had waffles, cereal, and biscuits with gravy.

For a hotel that took over a super 8 they arent doing to bad. It would be better in time. And they have to have guests to make the improvements, so give them time. They might be better down the road.

The rooms were nice and the location was okay. Not many choices out here, but it's a good place to stay!

Great service, room smelled a bit like cigarettes but other than that it is the best place to stay in central city!

For this money it’s very very good. For example, yesterday we were in one hotel for $58 with the tax $82 and quality was worst ever... I like rodeway inn, it’s one of the best for this price! I recommend it
