★★★★★The building appears to be fairly new and everything was clean and neat. The breakfast selection was very good. Our room on the ground floor was extremely quiet. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The sink stopper did not work, which my husband reported. The front desk people were very friendly and appreciated being told about the problem. The lighting was not very good for applying makeup, but that seems to be a common problem. There was a mat supplied for the tub, which we used. We also would have appreciated a grab bar across the tub wall instead of just a vertical one at the end. If you are older and appreciate safety features, it's probably best to choose an accessible room.

NillThis is a nice hotel that is modern and has good amenities. Very clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. However, there must be something in the water in Grand Island that make's an inordinate number of guys who live there be considerably lacking in a certain part of their anatomy because the amount of completely obnoxious cars driving through the gas station in front of the hotel and revving their engines is unbearable. This gas station must be their cruising/drag racing turn around because it went on constantly until 2:00 am on the Saturday night we stayed there. We hardly slept at all. There must be at least 50 hotels in Grand Island so I would recommend choosing another, especially if it is Friday or Saturday night. It's unfortunate because as I said, the property itself is nice, and I imagine there's nothing they can do about the knuckleheads in their muscle cars thinking they're cool.

NillLovely hotel with a very nice person at the service desk. Easy to check in. Wish I would've just stayed here since I was stuck for 2 more nights from the storm. So my biggest regret was checking out. I will definitely stay here again.

Nill"We had an exceptional stay at Comfort Suites in Grand Island! My husband and I brought our 4 kids to a large week long event, and we spent 6 wonderful nights here, feeling like we were truly at home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sparkling cleanliness and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for our big family. The bed was comfortable, and we all slept like babies every night. A nice highlight was the pool - it was perfect for our kids, and they had an absolute blast splashing around and cooling off after a hot day outside. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are truly commendable. The friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and excellent location made our stay truly unforgettable. After 6 nights, we felt like we were leaving a part of our family behind! We highly recommend Comfort Suits to any family looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. 5 stars and well done!" I am so glad we stayed here.

NillI can’t say enough about this hotel. I’ve stayed at a lot of Comfort Suites, but this is by far the best one. It’s a fairly new building, built in the last three years. All the amenities are there: indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room. My wife and I used the fitness room; I used the pool and jacuzzi. Everything is clean and works well. The rooms are spacious and clean. Did I mention everything is clean? Lol! The maids here really work hard to keep the place spotless. But beyond that, what makes this hotel so great is the management. They are the definition of accommodating. Our vehicle broke down while passing Grand Island, and had to be towed to the local dealership. The dealer said repairs would take a couple days so we booked this hotel. It was late morning and we didn’t want to sit at the dealership with all our bags until check-in time. I called the hotel, spoke with Nicole, the general manager, asking if there was anyway we could check in early. Since it was checkout time for the hotel, and a big party had just left, they had no rooms cleaned yet. But Nicole said she would try and get something ready asap. She immediately had her maids clean the type of room we had booked, and then called me back to let me know we could come check in. It had been 30 minutes! It took the dealership five days in all to fix our truck, so we got to know this hotel pretty well. Nicole and the other front desk lady (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name), would ask us whenever they saw us how the repairs were going. They were also very knowledgeable about places to eat in the area. The hotel has two demo Teslas for guests to test drive. Since we had no car, we would use the Teslas to go grab Starbucks in the morning (even though this hotel has a great breakfast), and lunch/dinner. You have to download the Tesla app to activate the test drive, and it only allows you one hour before it locks you out. So make sure you get carry out. Don’t go sit down at a restaurant for two hours and then come out to the car expecting it to open and start. Lol! We had this experience and had to call Tesla to open and start the car for us, which they did remotely. It wasn’t a big deal; it’s just something to keep in mind if you take one of the cars. When the dealership finally finished with our truck, it was past check out time on the fifth day. I had already informed the hotel we would be staying another night, but when Nicole found out the truck was finished and we were eager to get on the road, she offered to give us a late checkout, canceling the fifth night. Like I said, the management here is the definition of accommodating! Thank you Comfort Suites! Thank you Nicole! Thank you all the front desk staff and maids for making our stay an easy and unforgettable experience!

NillThis hotel is absolutely lovely. My husband and I spent one night here on our travels. I researched Choices hotels in the city and this one had the best reviews so we booked it. It did not disappoint. It has received rewards the past 3 years for its excellent service. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We relaxed like no one’s business! Breakfast was similar to other Choices hotels but better somehow. Located across from a Walmart with multiple restaurants nearby. Clean hot tub helps with relaxing. Quiet…there was a huge storm outside and we didn’t hear any of it.

NillI've never stayed at a Comfort Suites yet, but they just earned themselves a loyal future customer for being generous rather than difficult about sharing thier wifi with a non customer
